I. INTRODUCTION
Amidst the current situation of the education process in our country due to Covid 19
pandemic, Lumban Central Elementary School follows and implements the prescribed learning
delivery modality as mandated by the Department of Education. In line with this, School-Based
Feeding Program as part of the school ancillary service, was fulfilled to help in improving the
nutritional status of wasted and severely wasted pupils.
II. OBJECTIVES
This accomplishment report intends to:
Give information about the accomplishments of SBFP
Identify the activities undertaken by the SBFP
Continue the commitment to improve the nutritional status of wasted and severely
wasted pupils
A. Pupil Development
Nutritious food packs and milk helped in improving the nutritional status of wasted and
severely wasted pupils.

implementing the program in time of Covid 19 pandemic:

1. Deliver the NFP/Milk to those pupils who cannot collect the goods as scheduled
2. Ask other parents/guardians of SBFP recipients to help in distributing the goods of pupils who
cannot come to school
