Industry Placement and Alumni Linkages

ATDC training centres conduct placement workshops to prepare students to write applications, hone presenta-
tion skills, face job interviews and aptitude tests so that they are ready to step into the industry on completing
their course. After successful completion of the course, assistance is provided to students through the National
Placement Cell at the ATDC National Head Office as well as other centres for suitable placement or self-employ-
ment. The Placement Cell is very active in linking the industry.
‘Rozgar Melas’ and regional / local placement drives are also organized during which reputed companies take
interview and recruit students. The ATDC network thus has a strong connection with the key apparel manufacturers
and exporters through AEPC’s members, there are over 8,000 registered exporters. ATDC has formally signed an
MOU with AEPC for better placement opportunity for our students. Most of the students find employment in
different apparel units including Export, Domestic, Retail, E-Commerce sector and Overseas
