OBJECTIVES
1.Record and consolidate the pupils' nutritional status
2. Reduce the number of recorded wasted/undernourished
pupils due to lack of food assistance and financial difficulties at
home
3.Promote Proper nutrition/ correct intake of food in the body
4. Monitor the progress of pupils' nutritional status
5. Participate on the Nutrition Month Celebration
5. All pupils should undergo deworming
6. Maintain daily tooth brushing

Accomplishments
 Height and weight were consolidated to determine the BMI of pupils
 The number of wasted pupils decreased from 3 pupils to 1 only
 Out of 425 pupils 98.82% are normal while
 Decrease in the number of wasted/pupils detected with UTI were given
medicines.
 Utilized the BMI to monitor the pupils' nutritional status
 Conducted and celebrated school nutrition month with activities that are
associated on the celebration's focal theme.Attended district level and won
first place in Cha-ta-boo and 3rd place in division level
 100 % of the pupils were dewormed
 Kindergarten pupils were given toothbrushes and tooth paste from the SDO
