2. Instructional leaders were challenged to demonstrate first.
3. Negative reactions of teachers on the comments/suggestion of IL.
4. Nervous when observed.
PURPOSE OF FEEDBACK

1. to Reinforce (STAR Model)


2. to Redirect (STAR AR Model)
ST - The teacher used the different sceneries in Kalinga
in her lesson about mga ibat- ibang anyong lupa.

A - She presented the different anyong lupa seen in


Kalinga thru the projector.

R - Learners were very active the whole duration


of the class. It was a very interesting class.
Lets try to make STAR
ST - The teacher made use of cooperative learning in developing her lesson
on problem solving.

A - The teacher group the learners by row and distributed activity sheets with
similar problem.

R - Only one or two pupils among the group work on the problem. Other
groups work faster as compared to the other groups.

AR - Group the learners according to their level and give a problem suited to
their level.
