Subject: Reference Correspondence: — IN-07-BIG-STR-LTR-00614 dated 11th April 2023 Dear Sir, Kindly refer to your letter No. IN-07-BIG-STR-LTR-00614 dated 11" April 2023 giving your comments on the revised STAAD model for stabling shed and internal cleaning shed. At the outset we once again sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you in reviewing the revised design and calculations. The observations made by you in your above-mentioned letter dated 11" April 2023, have been considered by us in all eamestness and pointwise clarifications! incorporation of same in our design are enclosed at Annexure I to this letter. Since the observation/ compliances are mainly of clarificatory in nature, there are no major changes in the design which we have submitted vide our letter dated 05.03.2023. The revised calculations after incorporation of all the observations are enclosed for your kind consideration. We once again humbly submit that with our focus on early start of PEB buildings, we earlier had expeditiously submitted DBR, design and drawings of PEBs for your approval, without spending time on second check for economy and in order not to delay the approval, we had submitted robust design. Later, being an experienced PEB manufacturer ourselves, during fabrication stage we found that much heavier than required elements have been provided in the design and we are incurring very high expenditure on the structural works of PEBs due to excess steel provided in the design. Since the provision of excess steel in design is adding redundant weight to the structures, we have got the redesign done for the structures and have submitted our revised STAAD model for your kind approval. We humbly submit that in an ongoing work, revisions from earlier approvals! drawings do generally take place for reasons which may be attributable to one stakeholder, but the other stakeholders always cooperate to avoid any disadvantage to ascribed stakeholder. The provision of excess stee! in earlier design which is in all the structural members is adding to our losses on this item, but to avoid disruption to the schedule of completion of PEBs, the revision has been done only for few members, and we are not making any changes in Stabling Shed columns to avoid any disruption to ongoing manufacturing and erection work. The fabrication and erection works are going on as required and we assure you that on approved of revised design in reasonable time, the completion of PEBs from the earlier schedule will not be affected, as we have huge fabrication and erection facilities available with us. We once again request you to kindly approve our revised STAD model at the earliest so that we can proceed further towards approval of drawings, fabrication, and erection accordingly.
