Since it is founded in Gwalior (MP), RaiValco India Pvt Ltd Company, has become one
of the leading provider of OFC cable laying services in MP and CG in past few years. We
have worked closely and established professional relationships with A2Z Infra Services
(Airtel Vendor), Reliance Jio & Bharat Net (BBNL) in these years.
We have got good contribution in laying of HDPE pipe by HDD method for water
distribution within MP under smart city project. It has also strengthen our work
relationships with L&T.
Company also has vast experience of providing various grades of gravel and concrete for
road construction work via legal tenders in various states such as Rajasthan, MP, UP,
Gujarat. We have very good established political approach to avoid unnecessary delays in
many states and focus on the work at hand.

Background and Development:

The market opportunities for commercial OFC cable laying began in Gwalior, MP, where we got
to work for Poddar Infra. We also supported and provided our services, machines, labour to
Airtel OFC projects in Vizag, AP. We are proud pioneer choice for these companies. During this
time interval, we had successfully laid more than 50 kilometres of cables and grown to a core 20
people company. We have right blend of all required machines including HDDs, Excavators,
Backhoe Loaders, Genius Blowing Machines, Trenching Machines, Splicing Machine & Towing
machines.

Current Conditions:
RaiValco India Pvt Ltd Company remains first choice among top constructors when it comes to
commitment and timely work order execution with superior quality and execution plan. We are
working hard to take this even higher and expand our business lines so as to provide other related
services in Fibre area. Along with OFC cable laying, we are now into laying of HDPE pipes for
water distribution by HDD and OT methods. We are now planning to build up contacts for router
installation into various parts of India. We are actively looking for synergic partners to make our
vision happen.

Workforce:
Due to dire need of technical advancements OFC cable laying work is demanding more energy
and we have been expanding our business, machines, labour and teams with same pace.
We have right blend of all required machines including HDDs, Excavators, Backhoe Loaders,
Genius Blowing Machines, Trenching Machines, Splicing Machine, Tractors & Towing
machines. We have housed all the necessary equipment for the work.
At the moment we have grown to 20 people core team and have strong & aged business
connections with local labour contractors in many states. Our teams are well experienced in
various activities performed onsite as well as back office activities such as ROW liaison. We
have managed to send across the labour to different states whenever required.
We are further looking for opportunities to increase head count as we progress and involve
multiple local labour contractors to provide cost effective services to our clients.

OFC cable laying:

We have been managing deployment of advanced technology machines (for both open trench
and underground laying) followed with management of associated manpower and planning of
total work. We are committed to provide most advanced machineries and can arrange the same
within given time span at desired site. We believe in handling the work with agile delivery
without compromising quality onsite. Till date we have laid more than 50 kilometres and have
learnt & improved our processes to ensure faster and effective delivery of work. These include
innovations in planning the site, approvals handling, and manpower handling etc., all within
stipulated timelines.

HDPE water pipe laying:

We are now into laying of HDPE pipes for water distribution by HDD and OT methods. We are
performing well delivering back to back solution for complete sites. This includes drilling,
reaming, butt fusion, electric fusion, pulling etc.

Building Construction & Fabrication:

We are the leading company in Construction & Fabrication in Gwalior. From Design,
Construction to Finishing, we take care of everything including ACP, Glass, Steel and
Aluminium Fabrication

Construction:
Producing gravel and concrete begins with the selection and refinement of the raw materials,
most of which are stones crushed into our crusher according to requirement standards. Crushed
stones are filtered based on desired size requirements and transported to desired site.
