Each barangay shall have a comprehensive multi-sectoral development plan

spearheaded by its development council and approved by its Sanggunian (Section 106,
LGC). The rationalization of the BDP ensures that it contents directly address the needs
of the community and its residents.

As such, ALL MEMBERS OF THE BDC, you are directed to attend RCSP BDP
PLANNING on April 27, 2023 (THURSDAY, 8-5PM) at Barangay Hall, Brgy. CM
RECTO, Catubig, Northern Samar.
