A: Today, we are here to discuss our investment plan. Then we will decide how to
spend the $3 million.
B: Dino Conti is a big corporation and the quantity products we sell is very huge.
Wanting the company more development, we should have reasonable investment
options. The company has built a lot of investment options. Which option do you
think we should choose?
A: Wanting to invest in development for the future, people often head into the
development of sales. However, I think the opposite, focus on product quality and
cost. So I suggest intending to upgrade its equipment and fleet of trucks to reduce
costs, increase productivity and product quality. We will increase the profit in
every product, combine with the huge amount of products corporation sell, i think
we will get the big profit.
B: I agree with this point like you. And i have another option. I want to invest in
exporting to China and Russia. These countries are difficult markets but a potential
market for development, bacause they have a large population. Moreover, it will
help Dino Conti quickly become an international business.
A: I also agree with this choice. I am thinking of expanding to Russia and China
too. How much will two options cost?
B: $2,4 million. Now, we only have $600,000 doesn’t invest. I think we should
invest in option number 7.
A: Why do you choose that option?
B: The purpose of that option is to expand the market and improve reputation for
the companay, advertising is essential to creating momentum for development.
A: I don’t have the same idea with you. I choose option 10. If we offer free ice
cream to all consumers one day a year, people will be sympathy for us.
B: Wait! You don’t think carefully. This option is more than $600,000, we don’t
have enough money to invest.
A: Oh, I forgot. So we can’t choose option 10. Hmm, I think option 7 is not bad, I
will agree with you in that choice.
B: The summary of our conclusion, we will invest in export to China and Russia,
upgrade its equipment and fleet of trucks, and increase its advertising budget.
