Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!

The graduating students of Columban College-Sta. Cruz, Inc, taking Associate in Computer
Technology (ACT) are required to undergo an On-the-Job Training to be exposed to actual
industrial and office situations under simulated employment conditions for a given period of time
to witness the actual process and operations of industries related to the field. Moreover, the said
training is warranted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Such endeavor would
also enable the students to be equipped with the necessary training acquainted with their
profession.

Out of this, the institution considers your firm to be a part in molding the students to be
successful in their future endeavors. The school requests your good office to accept our
recommendation of the following students to undergo training in your office:
