wellness, and nutrition. To ensure health and nutrition, Del Monte continues to produce food prod
through comprehensive quality and safety procedures which meet the strictest food standards. Thr

efficient land use and recognize that preserving nature through an environment-
friendly agricultural and manufacturing process is the key to sustainability. The
company seeks renewable energy and participates in the reforestation of trees.
Their four key projects include reduction of plastic packaging, rainforest alliance,

In each sustainability pillar, DMPI has stated its sustainability priorities.
1. Nourishing Consumers: They’ve included how they innovate their products while making sure tha
with their sustainability missions, traceability which is part of their goal to have a sustainable and
food chain, product quality and safety including its packaging and labeling, health and nutrition to
welfare of their customers, as well as responsible marketing that means answering the needs of c
while preserving the rights and options for future generations.
2. Nurturing Employees: Employees are the main asset for DMPI, hence they give utmost importanc
welfare and development. Their specific priorities in this pillar are Occupational health and safety,
and work-life integration since work-life balance makes efficient and happy employees because it
