The article I chose was Decision-Making Styles: Managerial Application of the MBTI and

Type Theory. The journal article explains the function of MBTI including sensing, intuition,

thinking, and feeling. This journal explains the difference indicator for every factor. The

journal explained that MBTI can determine someone decision-making style. This journal also

explained solution between all MBTI type with their strength and weakness. 

It is explained in the type theory that there are 3 types of evaluation in MBTI. Basic mental

function, perception is including sensing and intuition and the other one is judgement is

including thinking and feeling. Attitude toward life is introvert and extravert. Orientation

toward world is perceptive and judging. The first type  of evaluation explained how people

get a conclusion and think a solution. The second type of evaluation , introvert and extravert

are explaining how people behave and having relation. The third type of evaluation,

perceptive and judging are explaining what their basic mental function is. 

It is explained that every individual needs to accept their strength and weakness. In their daily

relation with other people, every type of MBTI may have struggle because they should know

people preferences ( Freund, 1988). In team works and communication, every type of MBTI

need to learn to face misunderstand and give explanation even though every type of MBTI

have their own style to solve something. This can help them to strengthen their strength and

cover their weakness. This also determine them in problem-solving and decision-making
