In the land of Isabela, where influential and well-known family came from, one of it is
the family of the Buenavista, who owns plenty of farms, lands and even known plantation in the
community. The family is known for the Buenavista’s youngest granddaughter named Alys
Buenavista, who has the most gorgeous face and kind hearted lady that every man falls for.
On the other hand, Alys’ best friend, Drake Galvez, who is also a famous and influential
young man as he holds the tittle Galvez.
They are both in good terms that lead them in being the each other’s helping hand or best
friend. As time goes by, they merely fell for each other. Until such time that they made their
relationship as an official couple.
They spent time happily, not until the world makes their relationship in between the lines.
A life challenging problem that they need to face together. It is when one day, Alys fainted out of
nowhere and had to spent days in the hospital. It is the time when they knew that Alys is
diagnosed with Leukemia, cancer in the blood. Drake never expect this challenge to face with.
He wanted to give up when he knew about it, but he needs to be strong for her soon to be fiancée
and he is the one Alys is holding on to.
Months have past and Alys condition is becoming worst. One day, drake decided to go to
the chapel inside the hospital to pray for Alys and to ask strength and guidance because he plans
to surprise Alys and invite her to be his partner forever till death do they part. Drake’s plan went
well, now they are officially getting married before anything could happen to Alys. But hours
have past Alys is becoming weak and weaker. They called the doctor to check on Alys and
slowly Alys closing her eyes and the doctors are trying their best to save Alys, but it is too late.
Drake mourn in her body and sadness covers the room that time.
Time pass by quickly, Drake finally accept the fact that Alys is already gone forever. It is
hard for him to be in love in his condition but harder to be in love with his best friend who he
loves the most and hardest to be in love with his best friend who is entirely different, because
she’s already gone and happy resting in peace.
