    Subject: Check all the disks before use to stop viruses

    Date: 25 June 2022

    In the Computer department it has been discovered that on more than one occasion recently an
    unknown virus has been introduced to the computers. The virus may be introduced from disks brought
    in by any student.

    All teachers must have to check all the disks before they used by students. We have got to stop these
    viruses being introduced before they cause serious problems.

    All the teachers also pay attention to that they lock up all the rooms when they leave. Please also be
    careful when talk to students because we are not sure which student have introduce this virus.
