Food Math American Guidelines and Conversions

The two ways to measure food is


volume (e.g. cups) and weight (e.g. ounces)
Use your math skills to make a menu following the
1 cup is equivalent to 8 ounces
guidelines to the right. Place a check mark on the line
Vegetables 2 and 1/2 cups (c.)
to select the appropriate amount of cups and ounces
