Government vide Resolution Dt. 19.1.2015 referred to at sr. no. I above has declared
Assistance to Industrial Infrastructure policy. Initially it was decided in para 1.4 of the G.R. that,
Committee may sanction the assistance upto 80%o of the project cost by considering the special
ciroumstances within overall ceiling of Rs. 25 crores. Subsequently, it was decided to give
assistance trp-to 60 % of project cost or Rs. 25 crores per project, whichever is less, vide
corrigendum dt. 6.3.2018 refereed to at sr.no.2, above. Industrial Associations and GIDC
represented that they face difficulties to bear remaining 40%o for infrastructure projects.

Resolution:.
Government after careful consideration is pleased to read no.(l) of corrigendum dt.
2 as below;
6.3.2018 refereed to at sr. no.
(1) Para 1of"1.4 Quantum of Assistance" in G.R. dt. 19.I.2015 read at(l)
above, shall now be read as "fJnder the scheme, assistance will be considered @80% of
project cost or Rs. 25 Crores per project, whichever is less.

Other terms and conditions will remain same.

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide note dated 10.12.2018 on
this department file of even number.
