Most of us try to spend our leisure time doing activities that may make us
feel relaxed or excited, in order to get an escape from our often-
overwhelming schedule. As it’s well-known, this should let us get relaxed,
but actually, is important to recognise that if you just waste this time
scrolling through social media, you won’t be able to get the perception of
have had a great time during that free time. That’s the reason I’m going to
give you some options to do so as to get a sense of having your time
spread.

For the first option, you can give a try to learn about a topic you are
interested. It can be seen as a boring activity or you might feel
directionless in the case you don’t have any knowledge about that matter.
Nevertheless, it’s a great way to spend your free time, as you can start
looking for data on that subject in many blogs or courses from the basis
and most important facts to the most technical info.

For a second alternative, you may do some exercise. It is often argued that
may make you feel exhausted and with less energy (As it is true, of
course), but, often unacknowledged, doing physical education will make
you feel better in the long run. A further point is that you can make friends
and have fun with other people.

On balance, while learning something is a great activity, exercise is a


healthy method of having fun and meeting new people.
