It's crucial to have a variety of resources if you want to compete in the street food
business. You must first establish a solid reputation with customers. Either through
social media or other offline platforms, you can achieve it. This will improve your client
testimonials and recommendations.

Second, you must be extremely mobile. Moving from one location to another is
essential so that you may service various clients and expand your customer base.

Thirdly, you must build a solid and positive relationship with your food producers—or,
in this example, your farm—in order to gain a thorough grasp of the supply chain.

You also require adequate staff to concentrate.

Capabilities:

People enjoy to watch how the food was made, which is one of the crucial skills
required in the food industry segment. Being able to see this procedure improves their
customer's experience. Additionally, distributing the food swiftly is more crucial than
spending a lot of time on the presentation. But quality will always be the most crucial
factor.

Given the increased interest in "clean food," the capacity to provide sustainable and
environmentally friendly products is another competency required in the street food
market segment.
