It is my pleasure to write few words of appreciation in favour of Mr. Mahesh Kumar Dave.

I know him since January 2004. As soon as he joined TUV Rheinland India, he was trained under my
guidance for various international requirements and approvals methodology, strategical requirements
of specific markings and factory inspection procedures and hands-on trainings.

Initially and presently, he was involved in the GS Mark project for variety of Electric Power Tools series
and successfully completed the project independently. Later on he was also trained for assessment
and evaluation of certain household appliances as per EN/IEC 60335.

At present, he is looking after the International Approvals of various electrical products and
components independently in entire western part of India. He is responsible for planning of the project
activities from initial stage to the closing stage. During this process, he is also responsible for the
preparation of the reports for the project, analysis of the test results, interaction with reviewer and
certifier and co-ordination with clients for fulfilment of various requirements according to the specific
standard(s).

He was also indirectly involved in the certification projects of EN ISO 13485: 2003 and ISO / IEC
17025: 2005 assessments.

He is recommended for the status of “Reviewer and Technical Certifier” for Electric Hand tools. The
process for the same is under progress.

During his services with TUV Rheinland, I found him intelligent, honest, active, determinant, proficient,
diligent and reliable.

I’m sure, with his conspicuous qualities, he will add values and would also inspire the surrounding
colleagues and staff members.
