    necessaryasweweretoldthatiftheydoexhumehimtheremightnotbeenoughDNA
    to
    proveanytaing.WegrewupwithPenecostalReligionandbeleivethatitisaSacrilegoto
    disturbapersonsbody.I,MichealandmyBrother,NoahhadourDNAtakenfromUsand
    weretoldthatitwasacloseenoughmatchtomakeadeterminationsowebe
    lievethat
    wouldbeenoughandtheemotionaltollonourfamilyisunnecessaryaswearevictims
    also.WeknewnothingofthiscrimeuntillthepolicecametoourresidencesonDece

    12or14untillhisdeathinCanadain1982.Weweretoldvariousr fromtheageof

    andtherewasanautopsyperfonnedsowhycouldtheynotgethisDNAfromthat.We
    wouldlikeaninvestigationintohisdeath.
    Butwhatwaseventruerbackin1982andisstilltruetoday,wedon'thaveth
    eresources
    orfinancestoaccomplishthis.Perhapssomeoneinyourorganizationcouldhe
    lpwiththis.
    OurFatherdiedin1970andwasburiedinPineGroveCe
    consideredtheFamilyCemetery.I,MichealRominetookther meterywhichwas
    esponsibilityofburyingour
    brotherin1982andalsoofourMotherwhenshepassedin2008
    spacebetweenourFatherandthefencelinefortwograves. .Therewasonlyenough
    Becauseoffinancesandtraditionwealwaysdugthefam
    ilygraves.Sincethespacewas
    tighttherewasbarelyenoughroomforthegraves.Ionlyleftfourorfourandonehalffeet
    betweenthegraves.ThereforeIknowthatyoucannotexhumeourbretherw
    disturbingourMother'sremainswhichisUnacceptable. ithout

    Wearewillingtostipulatethatourbrotherisguiltyofthiscrimeindyoucan
