Provided an innovative 21st century learning environment by teaching virtually and in-person simultaneously, using zoom,
google classroom, nearpod, and other technology programs. Differentiates instruction and implements small and whole
group lessons, interventions, and supports for each unique student. Utilizes classroom management strategies such as
restorative practices, classroom economy, and positive reinforcement. Develops and implements hands-on projects, with
