2 The crew of the abovementioned vessel, as attached crew list is hereby granted In-Principle approval for
Advance Departure Immigration Clearance for her departure on 01/01/2021 . This approval letter will
expire at 2359hrs on the same day.

3 The In-Principle Approval is granted to the vessel on condition that you comply with the following:-

(a) there are no stowaways, survivors, refugees, unauthorized persons on board and that all the crew
listed therein are on board on the vessel's departure;

(b) this office must be informed via CREW System of any change(s), before the departure
of the vessel;

(c) a copy of this approval letter must be lodged on board the vessel during her stay in port and be made
available to ICA officer for inspection upon request.

4 You are to withdraw the departure application and re-apply for a fresh departure if the vessel does
not depart Singapore before the expiry of this approval letter.

5 However, ICA reserves the right to withdraw the approval given herein.
