Dear David,

We are pleased to extend you a job offer. Your offer shall be a Home Delivery Driver - San
Antonio, TX - ($19/hr) - Part-Time. While this letter or offer does not constitute a contract
of employment or alter your at-will employment relationship with H-E-B, the following
formally outlines our offer issued to you. Your official start date will be communicated to
you at a later date. This date will be determined after you have officially accepted your
offer and passed any required pre-employment screens.

o You will be paid weekly at the rate of $2.13/Hourly, + tips, totaling a minimum of
$19.00 hourly, less applicable deductions.

This offer is contingent upon successful completion of:

o A background check/consumer report

o A drug screen
o A motor vehicle report
