1. WHY DID YOU APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?


I read in the job description that you are looking for someone with experience in
analyzing problems, identifying issues and leading the project team in designing and
implementing new processes.

2. HAVE YOU EVER WORKED IN THE SIMILAR POSITION?


Yes, I have worked. Las year, I worked in a company where we solve toys. I remember
that the manager wanted to promote a new product. So, the manager talk to me
about that I started thinking about original strategics to sell new product. However, I
didn’t finish with this because I didn’t have much time.
Finally, My workmate helped me to create original publicity and we were able to
deliver on time. I think that if I hadn’t had helped, I wouldn’t have finished the project
early.

3. IF YOU WERE IN A PROBLEMATIC SITUATION WHAT WOULD YOU DO?


If I were in the situation, I would communicate with the team to find out the solution
and I would try to solve strong problem because I am determined when I want to do
something good. Also, I am efficient in looking for different forms of conflict resolution
and thinking what can be done from a positive point of view.

4. WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST WEAKNESS?


I consider that I need experience to use programs. For example, PowerPoint, but I am
attending a course to learn to deal with this weakness and the activities are helping
me to obtain more practice.

STARBUCKS
The work environment at Starbucks is very good because it includes associates
(asociets) with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Besides, Starbucks encourages
people of color, women, veterans, people with disabilities, and with criminal records
to apply.(aplaid)

I believe that Starbucks can be discriminatory because they only look for people with
experience and don’t give the opportunity to a person who doesn’t have experience.
Starbucks is looking for people with experience with more than 5 years in developing
solutions, analysis of requirements. Also, they prefer people with project management
(manashment) certification, among other things.
