Interview

Patient April 11, 2023 underwent arthroscopy of the left knee joint - resection of the
pericoagulant synovial folds and derivation of the patella by circular vaporization. On
examination, slight swelling of the knee - subcutaneous petechiae on the medial surface of
the left knee; balloting the patella, slight addition; ROM 0-110 degrees; pain in the knee
joint when moving and moving the patella; wounds healed - sutures removed.
Recommendations:

1.Still avoiding hard physical work - therefore it is advisable to extend the dismissal
until mid-June 2023.

2. Postoperative rehabilitation indicated – the patient will exercise on their own.

3. Control in case of disturbing ailments.

4. in a week from today, 2x a day for 5 minutes, a circular massage of postoperative scars

with the use of cream Silaurum
