One of the main issues of the companies is that they need a group that will help them to create safe,
responsible, and sustainable supply chain. Because many company is failing when it comes to ruling and
managing the flow of the company, breaking its own rules and not minding the customer’s safety. Safety
is a big part of a business especially when our customers are involved, so that what the LRG is build for,
to protect life, property, advance transportation, engineering education, and research ensuring a safer
world through board knowledge deep experience and close relationships.

So everything begins to work when the LRG starts to help and align them one more time to the right
path. Making rules and regulations, Stepping asides the company’s and putting the customer’s safety
and better life first. Closed loop top management is their another issues inside the company, getting
their employees voice and rights to talk about their opinions. It can affect the employees thinking
especially their productions which is stopping them from their own improvements.

LRG can suggest to offer a fair salary for the employees so that they won’t feel that they are unvalued
and giving them some rights to talk and express their opinions.

Maybe check sheets is the answer for continuous improvement that LRG can apply to them in order to
establish performance metric, because numbers are important especially when it comes in monitoring
the company’s flow, seeing the numbers of productions getting down will make them alarmed and they
may do better next time to make it successful.

The LRG is helping a company in every aspect, which means generally, they will try to help, do what they
can to solve any issues that company is facing.

They need to consider the sacrificing part where they need to put the customer’s safety first than the
company’s future because if the customers is satisfy with us it will help our company too, win win

employees that work there is that leadership style of the top managements sucks, too directive and
dictatorial. Always his commands and idea is focus and not considering any of the employees opinions
even they are more exposed in the process.

Democratic leadership may help this company’s issue. This type of leadership can apply into any
organizations.

They can use all the quality tools if they can because we all know that its focus is to improve quality of
the organization’s outputs, including goods and services, so it is a continual improvements.

Iso is a set of international standards, giving assurance on developing to help companies effectively,
making sure that they can maintain the efficiency quality system. It is also focused on improving.

They have two options, they will find a new leader who knows how to appreciate his employees or they
will implement training for leaders to do better such as positive attitude, keeping the team informed,
taking responsibilities for your actions and etc.

They must learn and practice on how to be a good leader because overall they are good at it,
productions, sales they are known worldwide yet they still have issues in leaderships, what more if they
overcome this issues they can be more successful than even.

Some suggestions I can give are developed their personal leadership style, learn from your experience
and mistakes, don’t be afraid to fail because it is part of learning and last is polish your people’s skills.

Based on the case study the main issue here is the new Ceo of the company who forced to change the
way of the company where they become successful. She is trying to change it and making it global
organizations, her intentions is good for the company but the process is too quick and gives the
employees not enough time to adjust in her new way causing for them to fail to achieve that goal.

Do some proper monitoring and evaluations, briefing quality, consultations, lateral communications
external communications and more, If they can get enough time to practice these steps, there is a
chance for them to overcome this kinds of issues.

They can use control charts as a solutions because it used to study how a process changes over time.
They can monitor changes and deal with it without struggling, it control limits so that it can avoid
internal problems.

The iso 900 represents guidelines intended to increase business efficiency and also customer
satisfaction. The focus of this iso 9000 is all about improvements in any aspect on the company it can be
in productions, efficiency and process of delivering the product.

My best recommendations for the new ceo of the company is that she have to give her employees
enough time to adjust in her new ways of running the company, especially she made it a global
organizations.

The first few week of any new job or environment are always difficult, even seasoned professionals
admit starting over tough. It takes time to adjust so if were the ceo I would wait patiently for them.
Being part of a global organizations will not be easy even they’re successful before, we’re talking about
worldwide productions.

and the inconsistent in submitting documents on time. So the company starts to wonder and now they
are searching to know the other causes that might have contributed to the inconsistencies in the

They can handle the conflict by listening carefully to understand, do a meeting so that people meet each
other on their own to understand what their issues are. Communications is the key to any issues and
hold follow up review meetings.

They have to put their priorities on a pedestal, important things comes first, they have to implement
training for their smart innovation employees on how to be consistent in submitting documents.

They can do proper training first for their smart innovation team, then give them enough time to learn
and adjust in their new project, wait for them to build chemistry and bond because it makes the work
way more easier but still they need to be guided by someone who knows how to handle this kinds of
issues. Then after all of that, watch them to be successful.

They must do regular monitoring on the other team, always check them and informed them if they did
something wrong, later on they will used to it and start being consistent on it.
