 Preparation and implement monthly production planning for the plant.
 Review of Completed (Executed) BPRs and release of Intermediates and API.
 Monitoring of production online activities.
 Based on the BMR, raw material and packing material requisition given to ware house, receipt and Verification
of Raw material and packing material.
 To maintaining Good Housekeeping in and around the concerned in production area.
 To execute Trial/ Validation batches as per the specific steps maintained in the concerned protocol.
 Maintain Co-ordination with supporting departments like maintenance, QC, QA, Ware house, SHE and
Security.
 Review/Approve date in Quality Record & maintenance of the same.
 Finished product quarantine/Inspection/Packing/Storage.
 Product dispatch in Co-ordination with sales section.
 Provide regular Report/Input to Block In charge.
 Mapping the monthly raw material requirement.
 Dispatches of finished product with the Co-ordination of QC and QA.
 Maintaining documentation pertaining to Batch manufacturing, Cleaning and Change.
