Nitrogen is supplied to deaerator through FCV-0333.

15 The Deaerator will be purged with nitrogen continuously (50 SCFM).

The filter skid and discharge CBP piping will be purged with nitrogen with keeping vents open until remove all oxygen.

Nitrogen will be supplied to the filters by flexible hose from the nitrogen vent point to the filters’ inlet blind. (Blind should be
fabricated with inlet pipe and isolation valve same as the hydrotest connection) and should be plugged after filter filling and flexible
17 hose disconnected.
Nitrogen will be supplied to the CBP piping/ FFP piping/ USW inlet header/ USW outlet header by flexible hose at the discharge
18 line through the vent connection.
Pressure gauges shall be installed at different locations in the deaerator, filters and piping to monitor the nitrogen positive pressure of
5 PSIG. The Pressure shall be tested daily for 7 days, then weekly for the next three weeks and monthly for the remaining duration
19 of the lay-up.
Quarterly monitoring shall be done to check if there is any water accumulation/condensation.

Necessary relief valves shall be provided as per the system requirement as per HAZOP study carried out for the mothballing
21 procedure.
