Checked baggage guidelines

For routes where the weight concept apply, there is no limit on the number of pieces that
can be checked in as long as the weight allowance for the total number of pieces is not
exceeded. However, limitations may apply based on aircraft carrying capacity. 

Baggage allowance may vary depending on flight and booking class.  You can find the
number of pieces and weight allowed for your journey when you select your flights on
qatarairways.com, as well as on your ticket prior to travel.
Note: For trips which do not include Doha as a transit point, the below rates apply:
 Pieces weighing up to 23 kg: 100 USD
 Pieces weighing up to 32 kg: 150 USD

Terms and conditions

 Rates are applied according to the origin and destination, irrespective of the point of
sale;
 Additional baggage rates for sporting equipment mentioned above apply only when
purchased offline prior to departure. Regular additional baggage rates (mentioned in the
second tab) apply for sporting equipment allowance purchased at the airport;
 Changes are permitted free of charge.
 Cancellations are permitted free of charge. The value of the purchase can be used
toward further transportation or as a refund.
 The size of small or medium pieces should not exceed a dimension of 217 cm (length +
width + height).
 The size of large pieces should not exceed a dimension of 300 cm (length + width +
height).
