Hershey’s resurgence is based on want for the reason thatchocolates is just for
pleasure/ to satisfy cravings not for survival state.
2. Evaluate the shift in chocolate sales based on benefits and costs that customers
perceive.
Consumers are very careful on choosing products that they’re buying,they prefer
to buy chocolates which they perceive affordable products and value.
 Hershey’s cutting cost of the varieties of products for those customers who
seeks for affordablechocolates to satisfy their cravings.
 Also cutting cost will find the chocolate value for the product can be
bought in fair price.
3. What other products are harmed or helped by the new consumer frugality?
Other products that harmed by the new consumer frugality are clothing purchases
and eating out.
