SCHOOL EVENT PROPOSAL

I. Title of the Event: Christmas Party

II. Event Proponent: The said event will be headed by our BAT Coordinator, Ms. Jhona Palomar, in
coordination with the BAT Faculty, CSC Officers, ROTC officers and as well as the participation of all year
levels of MPDCIans.
III. Event Rationale: The event aims to highlights the spirit and the true essence of Christmas themed with the
promotion of Agriculture thru showcasing by Agriculture students.
IV. Event Objectives:
a) To be able provide the meaning and the momentous essence of Christmas celebration to all of
MPDCIans.
To be able inculcate the spirit of Christmas in every MPDCIan’s heart.
b) To be able show the capabilities and let the pride of Agriculture students showcase their skills in the
field of Agriculture and to promote the value of Agriculture in our lives.
V. Event Management Details:
 BAT Faculty, CSC officers and ROTC officers will be there to manage and attend the participants.
 The said event will have a variety show that includes showcasing of Agricultural Technology
crafts/machines in an exhibit, Christmas Jingle Contest by every year-level, showcasing of
dress/gowns made of or inspired by Agricultural materials/products.
 The said event will have parlor games as well, in the afternoon and the announcement of winners will
be held in the afternoon along with the Room decors furnished by every MPDCIans.
 The event will be organized at the school premises and the founder of the school will be the chief
guest and the event will be held in a day.
 Outsiders are allowed to enter via passes which will be available for a nominal fee of Php 20.00 from
the ROTC officers.
 Risk and security management will be taken care off for everyone.
VI. Publicity Management of the Event:
 Publicity of the event would be managed by the agriculture students of Masbate Polytechnic and
Development College, Inc.
 All the esteemed media platforms will publicize this event.
