WARRANT OF ARREST

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

You are hereby commanded to arrest JAMES RAMIREZ y


GRANCAPAL who is charged with the crime of Violation of Section 10(a) of
RA 7610 and is said to be found at Barangay Naiba, San Jose, Negros Oriental
and to bring him forthwith before this Court to be dealt with according to law.

BAIL IS SET AT EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P80,000.00).

This Warrant of Arrest must be enforced strictly in accordance with


A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC (Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Cameras in the
Execution of Warrants). Pursuant to Rule 2 thereof, the arresting officers are
thus required to use at least one body-worn camera and one alternative recording
device, or a minimum of two devices, or such number as may be necessary to
capture and record the relevant incidents during its execution.

In case of unavailability of body-worn cameras, the law enforcement


officers who will implement the warrant shall file an ex parte motion before the
Court, requesting authority to use alternative recording devices for justifiable
reasons. If a body-worn camera in not available, and pursuant to an order from
this Court, the officers must use at least two alternative recording devices which
shall conform to the specifications under Section 4, Rule 1 of the Rules.

Both video and audio recording functions of the cameras shall be activated
as soon as the officers arrive at the place of arrest and shall not be deactivated
until the arrest has been fully concluded and the arresting officers have delivered
the person arrested to the nearest police station or jail, pursuant to Section 3, Rule
2 thereof.

The submission of an Affidavit of Arrest and the Recordings from the


body-worn cameras or alternative recording devices must be done strictly in
accordance with Section 4, Rule 2 of the same Rule, under pain of contempt.
In case of failure to execute the warrant of arrest, the officer to whom it was
assigned for execution shall, within 30 days from such assignment, file a report
stating the reasons for such failure.
