INTRODUCTION
Interior design is our business and our
passion. we believe that any space becomes
your comfort zone when it's personalized -
your space should show off your taste and
personality, work with your lifestyle, and
maybe make your guests a little jealous. I
know creating an interior space that does all

DESIGN PROCESS
week 1:Discovery: where we learned about your needs and
desires.
-initial consultation to determine the scope of work, user
needs, and budget.
-site visit to measure and record existing conditions &
conduct interviews
-review the floor plan and write a program to reflect
expressed needs and desires
-solicit feedback and obtain client approval of Program
document

week 2:Design: where we generate ideas and brainstorm

solutions.
-preliminary design intention and direction
-preliminary space plans, furniture, and finish selections
-create quick sketches to communicate and clarify design
intention
-present preliminary design, solicit feedback and gain
approval

week 3-4:drafts: where we develop and finalize the design

-develop working drawings, plan sets, and renderings
-finalize selections of furniture, finishes, and materials
-prepare an estimated budget and timeline
-present final design, solicit feedback and gain approval

week4-5:purchase: where we start to bring your design to

life
-prepare documents to solicit competitive bids
-provide guidance in the selection of necessary contractors

THE OFFER
DESIGN:
the total price for the design services will be

PAYMENT METHOD:
Design service:
1. 50% is required as a down payment
2. 50% of the fee after providing you with
the final Details.
