count -2 if not there (in full sentences):
a) Which right(s) is being debated?
b) What are the arguments for both sides?
c) Why did you pick the side you did?
d) Is there any circumstance that would change your answer?
Our right of assembly is being questioned in option 4. We have the right to rally as a
group peacefully. We do have the right to exercise our freedom of speech, and our
freedom of the press. We shouldn’t even have to ask for a permit because it is our right
to peacefully rally. The argument for the government side would be that they don’t 100%
know if it’s going to end up being a peaceful harmless rally, they could even argue there
is no need for their rally. The other argument for the rally group would be that they would
keep it peaceful and feel like they are not being heard and just want them to be
recognized. I would pick the rally side because the government is a bunch of fools who
lie and don’t do as they promised so I respect people who are willing to try and make a
change. The government is a joke in my opinion and almost 9/10 times I will go with the
group challenging the government. The government just takes and takes from us. People
are starting to realize and are starting to fight back. If the rally group got too violent and
crossed a line, I would switch my answer.
Word count = 212.
