DAILY ROUTINE

My name is Wira, I am a high school student in Jakarta. I am in the eleventh grade. My

daily routine is quite typical. I wake up around 4 or 5, I usually pray Subuh then take a
bath. I don’t like to have breakfast at home, I go to school around 6 or 7 and have
breakfast there.

At noon around 12 o’clock, I have a recess from school. I always pray Dzuhur first then
have lunch at the school’s cafeteria. School ends at 3 in the afternoon. I will have
basketball practise after school every Monday and Wednesday. I also have a piano
lesson at 5 every Friday. If I don’t have any extra curriculum, I went home

We usually have dinner around 7 at night then I do my homework in my room. We

usually watch TV in the living room around 9. I usually go to bed around 10 or 11 at
night.

I am going to tell you about my classroom. It is located on the second floor of the
school across the art room. It is painted white and has two large windows which make
the room look more spacious. There are 16 tables and 31 chairs in it. One table and one
chair for the teacher and the rest for the students. A board is put in front and a timetable
is hung next to it. There is also a medium-sized globe in the right side of the board. We
can see there are lockers at back. Above it is a space to display our arts; drawings,
paintings, and poems. With 28 students in it, the classroom is usually lively but
sometimes chaotic when there is no teacher. I love my classroom although it is small
compared to other classrooms in the school. I will surely miss it when I graduate.
