Design / Drawing Title: Review of GTP, type test and Drawings of 33KV Current transformer (200-100/5-5-5A, 400-200/5-5A)
& 33kV Single phase Potential transformer submitted by M/S Power Instrumentation(Guj) Ltd
(Manufacturer- M/S Tushar Trans Equipment) for Tezpur Package.

Reference is made to APDCL Letter No: CPM (PIU)/APDCL/AIIB/ SMEC/PKG-11/GTP/SMEC/2021/07 Dated 28th June, 2022. 

Observations/General Comments:
1. Please provide the diagrams in A3 format.

The above technical documents and drawings have been reviewed for each of following components as below:
Our comments are as follows-
1. 33KV Outdoor Live Tank Current Transformer (400-200/5-5A)
a) GTP

 In SL No 28.1 the Output burden of Core I Shall be 15, as per Vol III Section I Cl 5.1, page 235 of 440.
b) Drawing (Drg No- 2TTPL0044, 2TTPL0044/A, 2TTPL0043/B, 2TTPL0043/C, 2TTPL0043/D)
 In the Name Plate Rating for Core I shall be rectified as mentioned above in GTP.
c) Test Report
 Please provide type test for the Specific Instrument transformer.

2. 33KV Outdoor Live Tank Current Transformer (400-200/5-5-5A)

a) GTP

 No specific Comment
b) Drawing (Drg No- 2TTPL0045, 2TTPL0045/A, 2TTPL0043/B, 2TTPL0043/C, 2TTPL0043/D)

 In the Name plate PS class Shall be mentioned in Core III,as per Vol III Section I Cl 5.1, page 235 of 440.
c) Test Report
 No Please provide type test for the Specific Instrument transformer.

3. 33KV Outdoor Live Tank Current Transformer (200-100/5-5-5A)

a) GTP
 No specifc comment.

b) Drawing (Drg No- 2TTPL0043, 2TTPL0043/A, 2TTPL0043/B, 2TTPL0043/C, 2TTPL0043/D)

 In the Name plate PS class Shall be mentioned in Core III,as per Vol III Section I Cl 5.1, page 235 of 440.

 In Drg No 2TTPL0088/G Connector shall be suitable for ACSR Panther conductor.

c) Test Report
 Please provide type test for the Specific Instrument transformer.

5. 33KV Outdoor Single Phase Potential Transformer (Grid)

 No specific comment

The Contractor shall comply with above requirement and accordingly resubmit the documents incorporating the above comments for
APDCL approval.
