Circular Economy - Conduction and Assessment
As per the discussion in several meetings with industry experts and guideline by AICTE
regarding conduction and assessment of Circular Economy course which is offered to final year
students in their seventh semester.
A. Course Conduction:
The syllabus for this course is designed by AICTE along with course outline, course
structure, course objectives, course outcomes and learning resources.
.Theory, Tutorial and Practical sessions will be 2, 1 and 2 hours in a week respectively
Theory and Practical sessions will be conducted by the industry resource persons in
the form of Guest Lectures, Webinars, Seminars and Workshops.
Attending all the scheduled sessions are compulsory and separate marks will be given
for overall attendance.
All the students need to follow ali the instruction given by course coordinator timely.
Students need to attend all the sessions and submit all the assignments on time and
raise their queries on the available forum.
Students need to check and follow ali the announcements timely given by the course
coordinator.
B. Course Assessment:
Course assessment will be done as per Continues Assessment (CA) of 40 marks and Final
Assessment (FA) of 60 marks.
Final Assessment or End Sem. assessment for 60 marks ill be a Jury based
evaluation.
During the semester students are expected to work on and complete the project
based on application of circular economy in group of less than 4 and more than 2
student.
This project will get evaluated by industry expert (Uury Members) on several
parameters and score of it will be converted in to 60 marks.
As final evaluation is on Jury based, no final theory exam will be conducted for this
course.
Filling up the University Exam form and following all exam related instructions is
compulsory.
Minimum attendance criteria by the university will remain unchanged for appearing8
the final assessment of this course.
If student fails in this course, need to reappear for the same course in the next
semester.
