“Queens”

In earlier centuries, women were constantly restrained, keeping them from expressing their
individuality. They were constantly facing societal expectations. Women experience a lot of
discrimination and prejudice. They have been considered the weaker sex. Women have suffered a lot
through the years at the hands of men, they were treated as almost non-existent. As if all the rights
belonged to men. Now, it is time to stand for their rights.

Women need to stand up for their rights, they need to speak out to get the same treatment as men.
It is about time that they speak their minds without fear of men, so they could finally get the treatment
they deserved. Women need to empower themselves to stand and fight for their rights. Women are strong,
they must be brave and be independent to stand for themselves. A woman is entitled to live to in dignity
and in freedom from want and fear from. Women should change how the society portray and treat them.
From known as a weaker sex, change it. Let them be queens in their own ways by empowering
themselves. Being an empowered women is essential to communities and countries. If they are living
safe, fulfilled and productive lives, they can reach their full potential. They have the power to take all
decisions of their choice. And they are the ones responsible for theirselves, not the society. So, they must
think for themselves first and let them change how the society think about them.

At the end of the day, gender equality is very important. Especially for women, they deserve to be
treated fully and without bias. They can do a lot of things like what men can do. They are strong and
independent women. Remember what Steve Maraboli said, “The empowered woman is powerful beyond
measure and beautiful beyond description.”
