String bean, locally known as “sitaw,” is a vegetable known for its long edible pods. 

Egg Plant(Talong)
Eggplant are members of the same plant family as tomatoes and peppers (Solanaceae family) and
cultural practices employed in eggplant production are similar to those crops.
 Mustard (Mustasa)
Burong Mustasa or Pickled Flat Mustard Greens is a type of Filipino fermented appetizer wherein flat
leaf mustard greens are soaked in a brine solution composed of sea salt and rice water. The latter is the
liquid produced after boiling white rice in water.

Spring Onion(Sibuyas)
onion is a round vegetable with a brown skin that grows underground. It has many white layers on its
inside which have a strong, sharp smell and taste.
