Fundamental
Rights

fundamental rights to all citizens,
including the right to freedom of
religion, culture, and education. These

Constitution and

National Anthem
In India, the National Flag and Anthem are
regarded with great respect and honour. It
is the duty of every citizen to respect the
National Flag and Anthem and to protect it
from any insult, damage or desecration. The
Indian National Anthem, "Jana Gana Mana",
was written by Rabindranath Tagore and is
played at important national events and
ceremonies. When the National Anthem is
played, it is expected that all present should
stand up and show respect.

Defend the country
and render national
services when called
upon
One of the fundamental duties in the
Indian Constitution is to defend the
country and render national services
when called upon. It is the duty of every
citizen of India to be prepared to defend
the country whenever the need arises.
Citizens may be called upon to render
national services during times of war,
natural disasters, and other
emergencies. It is the responsibility of
every individual to cooperate

Maintaining the spirit of common
brotherhood means promoting
harmony and unity among all citizens
regardless of their religion, caste, or
creed. It is a fundamental duty that
encourages individuals to respect the
diversity of cultures and traditions that
exist within the country. It also requires
individuals to promote a sense of
national integration.
