‘222’ TV Ad
Longline
My TV Advert will be to promote indie band Jinxx’s upcoming album entitled
‘222.’ The ad will encapsulate the chilled, ethereal, retro feeling that the songs
on the album give you. The Ad will be 30 seconds long and will open with Ellie,
bored at home, who transports to the beach and becomes part of the band
after listening to one of their songs. I want the advert to show the feeling that
you will get if you listen to their new album.
Act one:
In the first act of the TV advert we will be introduced to our main character
Ellie, when we see her sat at home, bored. She will scroll through her phone,
looking back at old pictures, wishing she could go back to that time. Feeling
melancholy, she will put her phone down and put her headphones on to listen
to one of Jinxx’s new songs.
Act two:
After putting on her headphones she will transport to the beach where she will
be apart of the band, singing extracts of songs from their new album ’222.’
They will be dancing and having fun on the beach to create a natural candid
vibe.
Act Three:
The advert will end with a voice over promoting the album and release date.
