The many ways of relaxing

To relax means to become calm and comfortable, and not worried or nervous and
everyone has their own way of doing it. But is relaxing that important? It is a good
question.
For me, relaxing means sleeping or spending time with the people I love. If I had
a really long day I would rather go home and take care of myself in order to
“recharge my batteries”. If I just have some free time I really love hanging out with
my friends. I like to explore the city with them, take photos in weird places, try out
new food, and share my weirdest thoughts with them. They always make me feel
loved and cared for and that is why my mind is at peace with them and I can say I
am relaxed because I can be myself and be free. Those are my definitions of
relaxing.
For other people, this may not be such an important thing, but in my opinion
everyone should try and find a way to let their mind free and just relax. We are all
humans, we cannot live in a boring routine of waking up, working and going back
to sleep. We all need a little diversity, something to make us feel like we are alive
and to help us discover ourselves. People will lose their spark if they do not have
some time to do what they love and feel comfortable with.
So what is the answer? Relaxing is one of the most important things in life and
everyone should cherish it.
