Mr. Fale Volodymyr, with Uruguayan identification document n° 6.566.245-9, attended our
clinic, complaining of tooth mobility with acute pain and discomfort in the first right lower
incisor. An x-ray was performed, showing an osteolytic lesion resembling chronic periodontitis.
To prevent pain and mobility, a temporary resin ferrule was placed from canine to canine.

Mr. Ihor Almes, FK 438307, attended our practice, complaining of acute pain aggravated by hot
and cold liquids. A cavity was found on the upper right canine. After cleaning and shaping, it
was restored with 3M Filtek Z350XT® universal restorative composite.

Mr. Przemyslaw Jakub Sieradzki, EM 6854799, attended our practice, complaining of acute pain
aggravated by hot and cold liquids. A cavity was found on the upper right incisor. After cleaning
and shaping, it was restored with 3M Filtek Z350XT universal restorative composite.

Mr. Joroslav Koccetov, GB 039625, attended our clinic, complaining of acute pain in the lower
left first molar. On clinical examination, a cavity was found. Under local anesthesia, all debris
was removed, leading to a pulp exposition. A root canal treatment was performed, and the
molar was shaped to receive an indirect restoration. After an impression with Zhermack®
silicone, it was sent to the dental laboratory for an indirect restoration with Ceramage®. It was
cemented with Relyx360 3M®.
 Mr. Mattewsz Zagorski, FB 7265952, attended our practice, complaining about the loss of a
restoration of the lower left first molar, causing discomfort, debris accumulation, and the
sensation of having a "hole" At clinical examination, it was found to have a cavity without decay.
At diagnosis, it was presumed that the loss of an old restoration was due to a fracture of an
enamel cusp. Under local anesthesia, the molar was shaped to receive an indirect restoration.
After an impression with Zhermack® silicone, it is sent to the dental laboratory for making an
indirect restoration with Ceramage®. It was cemented with Relyx360 3M®.

Mr. Oleksandr Lisovyu, FP 122126, attended our clinic, complaining of pain from cold beverages
in the left upper second molar because of the loss of a restoration. After cleaning and shaping, it
was restored with 3M Filtek Z350XT® universal restorative composite. Restorations in the first
and second molars were also polished and reshaped due to extensive use.

Ms. Paula Koskelainen, FP 3904270, attended our practice complaining of the loss of a veneer in
the lower right canine. After shaping the metal restoration below it, direct composite was
placed with Solare®. She also complained of the mobility of her lower prosthesis. It was
reshaped on its occlusal surface with dental acrylic and on the mucosal surface with COE-SOFT®
GC.

Mr. Petro Soroka, FN 056533, attended our clinic complaining of pain from hot and cold
beverages and chewing in the lower right second molar. At clinical examination, it was found
that there was a big cavity that compromised the pulpal floor with acute chronic pulpitis. An x-
ray was performed and found a loss of dental integrity. I also found a third molar retained. The
second molar was extracted, and the patient was advised to see a dental surgeon543543543 for
the extraction of the third molar.

hot and cold liquids. A cavity was found on the lower left second molar. After cleaning and

Mr. Volodimir Liukiliam, FZ 573250, attended our clinic, complaining of an aesthetic problem
because of the fracture of the left upper incisor. After cleaning and shaping, it was restored with
