AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME/
NON-FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN

after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am presently unemployed and have no regular source of income.

The source of my finances is through the support of my husband,
(name), who is currently engaged/employed in property management
business;

2. In view thereof, I am executing this Affidavit of No Income or

Non-Filing of Income Tax Return to comply with the documentary
requirements in connection with son’s, (name), application for
Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Program;

3. He is an incoming Grade 7 student at (School); and

4. Further, I am executing this affidavit to prove that I am an

indigent parent and for all legal purposes this may serve.
