AFFIDAVIT OF NON EMPLOYMENT

I, NIÑO L. ESQUILONA, 20 years old, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of Poblacion,
Baleno, Masbate, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state THAT:

1. To this date, I am not employed in any capacity at any corporation, company, individual
person or with the government;

2. I am executing this Affidavit of Non-Employment to attest to the truth of my application for

DOST-SEI Graduate School Scholarship Grant at Bicol University, Daraga, Albay;

3. I am executing this affidavit to signify that I am willing not to be employed for the next two
(2) years to prioritize my DOST-SEI Graduate School Scholarship at Bicol University, Daraga,
Albay;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for
whatever legal purposes and intents this may serve.
