Final reflection

Future of hospitality was one of my favorite courses. It was and still is super interesting to puzzle about the
future and what does it looks like. There will be challenges for sure. The future is unknown but it is always
good to think what challenges might lie ahead. The playful ideas that this course has given me will follow
my studies for sure. I like thinking outside the box and about what might happen in the future. We have
come a long way with the hospitality industry and I presume the way ahead is filled with possibilities.

Robotics are a new and super interesting way of the future. I have for some reason always been against
robotics but now that my mind and opinion have been changed, I would be interested to learn more about
the possibilities that they bring. I think the future might hold some great prospects considering robotics
especially if my grades are good enough to go to Japan for the training. There I could see the future already
next year.

I myself could have been a bit more active. I have struggled to keep the deadlines. I must make some
decisions about next fall how I will combine school and work. I have noticed that working full time and
doing school at the same time is just not possible, it´s too much for me. I work as a shift manager and have
a very unsteady schedule. I was thinking of dropping my hours to 90% to have more time for studies next
fall. My boss might disagree though.

For you teachers I would like to thank you for this mind-puzzling course of the future. I myself am
enthusiastic about the future and whatever it may bring. I am ready for you future!
