options to help avoid high blood pressure, manage her stress and be physically
active.
2. Seek for professional help because it gives a more tailored and effective
treatment regimen because those herbs might not be safe or pose unexpected
risk to health.
3. Buy medicine approved by FDA or DOH and do not settle for the “affordables”
that will put your life at risk.
4. Government should also give attention to health-care programs that will improve
people’s wellness.
5. Avoid burning plastics and other non-biodegradable garbages that can cause
diseases, especially respiratory and other illness.
