  “At  various  times  you  have  been  given  instructions  on  the  possibilities  to  
be  found  within  the  Light  and  of  the  Power  to  transmute  ALL  appearances  into  Its  
Great  Radiance.  Light  is  the  emanation  or  forcefield  of  energy.  It  is  an  effect  but  not  a  
cause.  It  is  a  product  but  not  the  producer.  It  is  a  solvent  but  not  the  solver.    It  is  Omega  
(Am)  but  not  Alpha  (I).  

  Understanding  this,  you  will  realize  that  the  Light  you  draw  to  change  
conditions,  to  become  supply,  to  bring  Peace,  etc.  must  be  generated  by  some  self-­‐
conscious  individualization.    All  self-­‐conscious  life,  from  the  Godhead  to  the  individual,  
may  through  action,  generate  and  expand  Light.  The  Cosmic  and  perfected  Beings,  in  
addition  to  their  Cosmic  service,  are  a  continual  outpouring  of  Light  which  enters  the  
Cosmic  storehouse  for  this  system,  and  may  be  drawn  by  lesser  individuals  to  hasten  their  
liberation  from  shadow.  

  Thus  you,  beloved  ones,  who  have  learned  what  Light  can  do,  must  not  use  Light  
as  though  it  were  a  natural  product,  for  it  is  rather  a  gift,  released  through  the  energy  of  
other  parts  of  God.  This  Mighty  storehouse  of  Light  anchored  around  the  physical  Sun  is  
what  you  refer  to  as  the  Cosmic  Light,  meaning  Universal,  and  when  you  wish  specific  
assistance,  if  you  reach  into  this  Cosmic  Light,  you  receive  a  greater  outpouring  than  if  
you  tuned  into  the  Light  of  your  own  heart,  or  just  of  one  Master.  

  When  you  realize  that  every  Perfected  Being  is  a  fountain  and  outpouring  of  Light,  
and  you  consciously  draw  that  Light  through  your  own  lifestream,  it  loosens  the  Action  of  
the  Threefold  Flame  of  your  heart  and  you  begin  to  emit  more  Light!”

  “Let  there  be  LIGHT!  LIGHT!  LIGHT!  was,  is,  and  always  will  be  the  First  Supreme  
Command  from  the  One  Great  Source,  the  “Beloved  Mighty  “I  AM”  Presence,”  
announcing  throughout  Infinity  Its  own  Mighty  Being  and  Glory.  

  This  All-­‐enfolding  “Presence”  speaking  forth  from  out  of  the  Great  Central  Sun,  
decrees  Its  Preordained,  Self-­‐expanding  Perfection  for  all  manifest  beings,  sustaining  Its  
Activity  until  all  consciousness  and  substance  record  the  Fulfillment  of  Its  Irrevocable  
Command.  

  Wherever  those  Words  register  within  consciousness  –  whether  it  be  in  thought,  
feeling,  word  or  deed  –  it  is  always  the  “Mighty  I  AM  Presence”  releasing  the  Perfection  
of  Itself  into  substance  and  controlling  the  vibratory  action,  until  all  fulfills  the  Eternal  
Plan  of  Perfection  everywhere.  

  Light  –  Life  –  Love  –  is  the  Threefold  Activity  of  the  “Mighty  I  AM  Presence.”  Light  
–  the  Christ,  the  Flame  –  is  the  Threefold  Activity  of  the  “Mighty  I  AM  Presence.”  Light  –  
Substance,  Energy  –  is  the  Threefold  Activity  of  the  “Mighty  I  AM  Presence.”

   These  Activities  seem  to  be  separate,  yet  they  are  One  and  their  Source  is  One  –  
the  “Mighty  I  AM  Presence.”  The  Light,  spiritually,  mentally,  and  physically,  illumines  
and  controls  harmoniously  all  It  contacts.  

  The  ability  to  think  is  an  attribute  of  the  Light.  THEREFORE,  BELOVED  
STUDENTS,  MEDITATE  ON  THE  LIGHT  AND  LET  YOUR  CONSCIOUSNESS  BE  SO  FILLED  
WITH  ITS  RECOGNITION,  GLORY,  PERFECTION,  THAT  NOTHING  CAN  EVER  AGAIN  
HOLD  YOUR  ATTENTION  BUT  ITS  BLAZING  PRESENCE!

  Light  is  Self-­‐illumining,  Eternally-­‐sustained  Consciousness!  

  Light  is  Self-­‐expanding,  Eternally-­‐sustained  Substance!  

  Light  is  Self-­‐generating,  Eternally-­‐sustained  Energy!  

  Light  knows  all  Perfection.  

  Light  contains  all  Perfection  

  Light  reveals  all  Perfection.    

  Light  is  Wisdom.  

  Light  is  Power.  

  Light  is  Love  –  the  one  and  only  Activity  which  cannot  be  used  by  those  who  do  
not  serve  the  Light  –  and  that  Presence,  Power  and  Light  is  “I  AM”.  

  The  plant  instinctively  turns  to  the  Light,  and  for  that  turning  receives  the  
Blessings  of  the  Light  –  which  are  Expansion,  Perfection  and  Ascension.  The  same  Great  
Cosmic  Law  will  act  in  exactly  the  same  manner  to  bless  the  individual  who  will  also  
turn  to  the  Light  and  receive  Its  Blessings  instantly  showered  upon  him.    

  To  the  individual  who  will  let  the  Light  from  his  own  “Beloved  Mighty  I  AM  
Presence”  flow  into  his  mind,  body,  and  world  without  the  interruption  of  discord  or  
lack  of  attention,  the  Treasure  Chest  of  the  Universe  will  pour  out  the  Limitless  Gifts  of  
the  Ascended  Masters  to  bless  him  forever!

  “It  is  a  blight  upon  the  Life  of  mankind  that  so  little  control  of  the  emotions  is  
taught  humanity  from  the  cradle  to  the  grave.  Attention  to  this  particular  point  is  the  
greatest  need  in  the  Western  World  today.  It  is  easy  to  give  way  to  discordant  thoughts,  
feelings  and  activities  because  the  mass  of  mankind  are  submerged,  as  it  were,  by  
environment  and  association  entirely  created  by  themselves.  

  The  individual,  through  his  control  of  the  outer  consciousness,  must  make  the  
effort  to  rise  out  of  this  condition  by  his  own  free  will  in  order  to  transcend  these  
limitations  permanently,  and  no  one  can  hope  to  rid  his  life  and  world  of  misery,  discord  
and  destruction  until  he  leashes  his  own  thought  and  feeling.  In  this  way,  he  refuses  to  
let  the  Life  flowing  through  his  mind  and  body  become  qualified  by  the  discord  resulting  
from  every  little  disturbing  occurrence  in  the  world  around  him.  

  At  first  such  a  discipline  does  require  determined,  continuous  effort;  for  the  
thoughts  and  feelings  of  ninety-­‐five  percent  of  humanity  run  as  uncontrolled  and  free  as  
a  little  tramp  dog.  

  However,  no  matter  how  much  effort  it  takes  to  bring  these  two  activities  under  
control,  it  is  worth  any  amount  of  time,  energy,  and  effort,  and  no  real  permanent  
dominion  of  one’s  Life  and  world  can  take  place  without  it.  It  will  be  my  pleasure  and  
privilege  to  teach  you  the  use  of  these  Higher  Laws.  Their  application  and  use  will  
enable  you  to  release  True  Wisdom  and  bring  about  All  Perfection.  

MEDITATION  

The  first  step  to  the  control  of  yourself  is  the  stilling  of  all  outer  activity  of  both  the  mind  
and  body.  Fifteen  to  thirty  minutes  at  night  before  retiring  and  in  the  morning  before  
beginning  the  day’s  work,  using  the  following  exercise  will  do  wonders  for  anyone  who  
will  make  the  necessary  effort.  

For  the  second  step:  make  certain  of  being  undisturbed,  and  after  becoming  very  still,  
picture  and  feel  your  body  enveloped  in  a  Dazzling  White  Light.  The  first  five  minutes  
while  holding  this  picture  recognize  and  feel  intensely  the  connection  between  the  outer  
self  and  your  Mighty  God  Within,  focusing  your  attention  upon  the  heart  center  and  
visualizing  it  as  a  Golden  Sun.  

The  next  step  is  the  acknowledgement:  “I  now  joyously  accept  the  fullness  of  the  Mighty  
God  Presence,  “I  AM”  –  The  Pure  Christ.”    Feel  the  great  brilliancy  of  the  Light  and  
intensify  It  in  every  cell  of  your  body  for  at  least  ten  minutes  longer.  

Then  close  the  meditation  by  the  command:    

“I  AM  a  child  of  the  Light  –  I  love  the  Light  –  I  serve  the  Light  –  I  live  in  the  Light  –  I  
AM  protected,  illumined,  supplied,  sustained  by  the  Light,  and  I  Bless  the  Light.

Remember  always:  ‘One  becomes  that  upon  which  he  meditates,’  and  since  all  things  
have  come  forth  from  the  Light,  Light  is  the  Supreme  Perfection  and  Control  of  all  things.  

 “Contemplation  and  adoration  of  the  Light  compels  illumination  to  take  place  in  the  
mind  –  health,  strength,  and  order  to  come  into  the  body  –  and  peace  harmony,  and  
success  to  manifest  in  the  affairs  of  every  individual  who  will  really  do  it  and  seeks  to  
maintain  it.  

  All  down  the  centuries  in  every  age,  under  every  condition,  we  are  told  by  all  
who  have  expressed  the  greater  accomplishments  of  Life  that  the  Light  is  Supreme,  the  
Light  is  everywhere,  and  in  the  Light  exists  all  things.  

  That  truth  is  just  as  true  today  as  it  was  a  million  years  ago.  As  far  back  as  there  
is  any  record  of  humanity,  the  wise  and  great  ones  of  all  ages  are  portrayed  with  a  
radiation  of  Light  about  them  emanating  from  the  head  and  body  of  each.    

This  Light  is  real  –  just  as  real  as  the  electric  lights  in  your  homes.  The  day  is  not  far  
distant  when  machines  will  be  constructed  to  reveal  the  emanation  of  Light  about  every  
individual  to  the  physical  sight  of  anyone  who  cares  to  observe  it.

“The  Great  Cosmic  Law  does  not  discriminate  any  more  than  does  the  multiplication  
table  if  one  makes  a  mistake  in  its  application,  or  electricity,  when  one  who  is  ignorant  
of  the  Law  governing  its  use  tries  to  direct  its  force  without  knowledge  of  the  way  to  
control  it.    

  The  Great  Immutable  Decrees  which  forever  keep  order  in  the  Infinite  Realm  of  
manifested  Life  are  all  based  upon  the  One  Great  Principle  of  Creation  –  LOVE.  That  is  
the  Heart,  the  Source  of  ALL,  and  the  very  Hub  upon  which  existence  in  form  takes  place.  

  Love  is  Harmony,  and  without  it  in  the  beginning  of  a  form,  that  form  could  not  
come  into  existence  at  all.  Love  is  the  cohesive  Power  of  the  Universe,  and  without  it  a  
Universe  cold  not  be.

Those  of  us  who  are  ‘awake’  and  conscious  of  realms  other  than  the  physical  have  a  very  
important  ‘HOLY  MISSION’,  and  it  is  only  through  us,  that  this  planet  and  the  life  on  her,  
can  be  freed  from  the  discord,  disease,  strife,  poverty,  death,  greed  and  selfishness  that  
is  prevalent  across  the  face  of  our  beloved  planet  Earth.  Freewill  exists  on  this  planet,  
and  the  Ascended  Masters,  Angelic  Beings  and  others  in  the  Ascended  realm  cannot  
assist  us  without  invitation,  this  is  Cosmic  Law  –  if  they  were  allowed  to,  we  would  not  
be  in  the  mess  we  are  in!  We  have  to  consciously  call  (invoke)  them  and  ASK  (‘ask  and  
ye  shall  receive’)  for  their  help.  When  we  do  this,  we  can  start,  in  conscious  cooperation  
with  these  Mighty  Beings  of  Light,  who  abide  in  the  ‘Ascended  Realms’  and  whose  
organization  is  called,  “The  Great  White  Brotherhood”  to  re-­‐create  the  perfection  that  
once  existed  on  this  planet.  If  we  delve  ‘deep’  into  the  recesses  of  our  ancient  memory  
we  may  have  a  notion  of  such  a  place  and  existence,  where  there  was  only  harmony,  
peace,  love,  and  the  desire  to  ‘expand  the  Kingdom  of  God’  in  a  lower  vibratory  plain  –  a  
planet.  This  perfection  exists  on  the  rest  of  the  planets  in  our  particular  universe  (there  
are  49  planets  in  all,  including  Earth).  They  add  to  the  exquisite  ‘music  of  the  spheres’  
and  emit  a  beautiful  Light.  It  is  ONLY  our  beloved  Earth  that  is  ‘wanting’  and  not  
emitting  Light  -­‐  the  music  is  a  ‘groan  of  agony’.  Earth  is  not  emitting  the  Light  quota  
required  to  take  its  rightful  place  in  the  cosmic  in-­‐breath,  that  is  currently  happening.  
Why?  Because  of  the  way  mankind  behaves.

We  are  to  build  this  ‘Bridge  of  Light’,  that  will  take  all  mankind  to  the  freedom  of  the  
Ascended  Realms,  but  we  need  to  walk  the  steep  and  narrow  path  that  is  required  to  
work  with  the  ‘Great  White  Brotherhood’    

The  path  IS  narrow  and  steep,  and  we  have  to  watch  ourselves  every  step  of  the  way,  as  
the  route  is  treacherous  and  we  can  easily  be  distracted  and  enticed  into  the  ‘world  of  
senses’  –  that  appears  so  real,  and,  to  the  majority  of  the  slumbering  masses,  which  is  all  
they  know,  IS  very  real!  If  we  loose  our  way  along  the  narrow  path,  we  won’t  be  able  to  
build  this  ‘Bridge  of  Light’,  that  is  so  urgently  and  desperately  needed  by  our  beloved  
home,  Earth.  

The  Brotherhood  has  told  us,  they  will  “not  consider  their  purpose  finished,  until  the  last  
member  of  mankind  has  crossed  the  Bridge  from  the  physical  realm  to  the  freedom  of  
the  ascended  realm”.  

As  our  beloved  Lord  Maitreya,  Lord  Buddha  says,  “the  heart  of  love,  my  humble  self,  and  
all  the  Brotherhood  are  dependent  on  your  bodies,  your  feelings,  your  consciousness,  
and  your  desires  to  reach  mankind.  We  stand  in  the  heart  of  freedom,  we  stand  in  the  
realms  of  truth,  and  our  hands  are  stretched  out  to  mankind,  but  mankind  does  not  even  
know  we  exist.  They  do  not  know  we  have  being  –  BUT  YOU  DO!”  

‘COSMIC  LIGHT’

The  Cosmic  Light  is  a  release  from  the  Central  Sun.  Cosmic  Light  is  substance  definitely  
qualified  by  Cosmic  Beings,  drawn  and  projected  in  rays  to  do  a  specific  thing.  This  
Cosmic  Light  released,  which  is  the  activity  of  the  substance  of  Light,  is  not  just  a  
universal  activity.  This  Cosmic  Light  is  not  the  universal  cosmic  light,  but  projected  
consciously  from  the  Great  Central  Sun  by  Cosmic  Beings.  It  is  consciously  projected  
self-­‐luminous,  intelligent  substance.  It  is  projected  by  Great  Beings  from  the  Central  Sun  
to  this  system  of  worlds.  

  The  cosmic  light  of  science  is  not  the  Cosmic  Light  we  refer  to.  It  is  concentrated  
light  from  the  Great  Central  Sun.  What  science  knows  is  accumulated  cosmic  light  in  the  
atmosphere.  Cosmic  Light  is  self-­‐luminous  substance;  the  light  science  knows  is  static  or  
still  light.  Eventually  this  Cosmic  Light  will  become  the  atmosphere  of  earth.    

  The  Earth,  the  wayward  child,  must  come  back,  if  necessary,  by  force.  This  force  
is  the  Power  of  the  Cosmic  Light,  which  takes  command  of  the  feeling  world  and  moves  
each  one  forward.    

  The  release  of  the  Cosmic  Light  to  Earth  has  not  only  permitted  assistance  to  be  
given  Earth  in  transmuting  the  accumulation  of  the  ages,  but  it  is  the  authority  over  the  
human,  and  in  its  increasing  action  it  has  made  more  and  more  achievements  possible.    

  The  Cosmic  Light  says  once  again  mankind  must  be  set  free  from  the  sweat  of  the  
brow  for  its  livelihood.  

  RELEASE  OF  COSMIC  LIGHT  MEANS  THAT  WE  MUST  HOLD  FIRMER  CONTROL  
OF  OURSELVES!  Perhaps  we  may  feel  only  a  great  calm  stillness  –  the  rapidity  of  
vibration  being  so  that  we  may  not  even  feel  it.  That  will  happen  many  times  upon  
release  of  Cosmic  Light  in  the  future.

  Beloved  Immortal  Spirits  of  eternal  Light  and  Life,  I  bow  before  the  focus  of  the  
Sacred  Heart  and  the  Sacred  Fire  of  Creation  that  gives  you  Being.  I  Am  drawn  into  your  
Presence  in  response  to  the  magnetic  pull  of  our  own  Heart’s  Light.  I  come  because  you,  
each  one,  are  to  become  the  Light  of  the  World,  and  to  fulfill  through  your  own  
individual  destiny  the  same  purpose  which  I  have  cosmically  rendered  unto  this  hour.    

  Blessed  be  that  Sacred  Fire  within  your  Hearts,  the  Light  which  is  to  illumine  not  
only  a  city,  but  an  entire  planet,  an  entire  galaxy.  Never  limit  in  your  consciousness  and  
feeling,  the  power  of  that  Light  which  is  your  very  life.    It  was  my  belief  in  that  Light  and  
in  the  ultimate  desire  that  would  rise  within  your  heart  to  expand  that  Light,  that  
prompted  me  to  come  to  the  planet  Earth  and  remain  as  the  guardian  Presence  until  
that  hour  and  that  day  when  the  evolution  upon  the  Earth  itself  would  choose  to  assume  
its  rightful  responsibility.  My  faith,  my  trust,  my  confidence  and  my  love  have  been  
proven  this  day  by  your  response  to  my  call.  My  Beloved  Son,  Morya,  has  chosen  to  set  
into  motion  this  endeavour  to  accelerate  the  understanding  and  consciousness  of  
mankind  to  a  point  where  they  may  become  consciously  the  Light  and  the  aura  of  
Spiritual  Radiation  required  by  the  Cosmic  Law  to  sustain  the  place  of  this  small  Earth  in  
the  solar  system.  

  I  HAVE  LEFT  VENUS  BEFORE.  THIS  IS  NOT  THE  FIRST  PLANET  THAT  HAS  
WORN  THE  MANTLE  OF  MY  LOVE.  I  STOOD  ON  OTHER  ORBS,  WITH  OTHER  
EVOLUTIONS,  AND  I  WAS  RETURNED  HOME  VICTORIOUS  IN  EVERY  CASE  –  sometimes  
one  lifestream  developing  enough  Light  in  his  or  her  heart  to  pay  my  ransom,  sometimes  
an  entire  evolution  developing  that  Radiation  required  to  meet  Cosmic  Law’s  demand.  It  
is  not  numbers,  but  quality,  beloved  ones,  that  determines  the  Radiation  of  Light  required  
to  sustain  the  place  of  a  planet  in  its  evolution  or  to  sustain  the  place  of  an  individual  in  a  
planetary  scheme.  

  What  think  you  is  the  Light  of  the  World?  It  is  but  a  quality  of  feeling  that  can  be  
generated  individually,  and  sustained  to  a  point  where  the  aura,  the  inner  bodies  and  
the  atmosphere,  radiate  the  pure  Light  from  the  Unfed  Flame,  which  is  within  the  heart.  
It  is  not  some  metaphysical  truth  that  is  difficult  to  discern,  some  occult  formula  which  
can  be  evolved  only  by  the  ascetic.  It  is  such  a  simple,  self-­‐evident  truth  and  code  of  life  
and  conduct,  that  the  smallest  child  or  the  most  orthodox  consciousness  can  become  
that  Light,  first  within  the  small  narrow  confines  of  the  personal  orbit,  and  then  in  a  
larger  scale.  Those  qualities  which  bring  comfort,  peace,  harmony  and  balance  –  those  
qualities  which  externalize  beauty,  tolerance  and  understanding  -­‐  are  the  ones  that  emit  
Light  through  the  feeling  world  and  will  eventually  make  even  the  physical  garment  self-­‐
luminous  as  it  was  when  received  first  from  the  heart  of  the  Electronic  Presence.  Those

feelings  which  generate  happiness  in  the  lives  of  those  you  contact  make  you  a  “Light  
Bearer.”  It  is  a  simple  as  that.  

  You  walk  the  way  of  Earth!  You  rub  shoulders  with  mankind  daily  and  hourly,  
and  each  and  every  one  of  these  men,  women  and  children  whom  you  pass  in  your  daily  
association  are  potential  “Light  Bearers”  in  themselves.  When  your  spoken  words,  when  
your  kindly  smile,  when  your  gracious  gesture,  when  your  radiation  of  feeling,  beget  a  
similar  radiation  of  happiness,  of  gratitude,  of  comfort,  of  peace,  in  any  one  of  these  
people,  you  have  expanded  the  Light  in  your  own  world  and  expanded  the  Light  in  that  
of  your  fellowman.  At  that  instant,  there  has  been  an  increase  in  the  mass  Light  of  the  
entire  planet.  Do  you  see?  

  Walking  along  the  street,  in  your  department  stores,  the  power  that  is  within  a  
smile  to  Light  another’s  face  is  proof  that  it  is  adding  to  the  Light  of  the  World!  It  is  the  
homely  things,  the  practice  of  the  power  and  Love  of  God,  that  transforms  a  mankind  
and  an  evolution  from  the  selfish  animal  consciousness  into  the  gracious  divine  kings  
and  queens  of  Light  which  you  were  once  and  which  you  must  become  again.  

  You  are  entering  into  the  glorious  radiation  of  the  Seventh  Ray  under  my  son,  
the  Master  Saint  Germain,  whose  activity  is  known  as  ordered  service,  courtliness,  
kindliness,  dignity,  and  beauty  of  hourly  and  daily  living.  

  Light,  from  the  heart  of  the  Sun  God,  as  well  as  from  the  heart  of  the  smallest  
elemental,  is  built  on  the  rhythm,  of  the  second,  the  minute,  and  the  hour.  The  radiation  
which  must  come  forth  from  those  of  you  who  have  vowed  within  your  hearts  to  love  
me  free,  is  that  Light  which  calls  forth  the  dormant  Light  in  others.  

  “Shamballa”  means  to  ‘make  sacred’.  It  is  the  name  of  the  City  of  the  Sun  in  the  
heart  of  Venus,  which  is  my  home.  At  the  time  when  I  attended  the  Cosmic  Council  and  it  
was  voted  to  return  the  Earth  to  nothingness,  I  returned  to  my  planet,  Venus,  and  into  
Shamballa.  There  I  told  my  Beloved  and  my  council  that  I  would  like  to  assist  the  people  
of  Earth  and  help  to  sustain  the  place  of  this  planet  in  her  system.  My  beloved  friends,  
the  guardian  spirits,  the  priests  and  priestesses  of  Shamballa,  offered  to  come  and  build  
upon  the  planet  Earth  a  replica  of  that  blazing  eternal  City  of  Light  –  and  so  they  did.  

  For  hundreds  of  years,  they  labored  before  the  hour  of  my  visitation  to  Earth  
was  come,  and  the  Shamballa  that  was  created  out  of  the  beautiful  substance  of  the  
physical  world  was  an  exact  replica  of  that  City  of  Venus.    Into  the  akashic  records  was  
built  the  perfection  of  that  design,  which  remains  there  to  the  present  day.  For  the  
scholars  who  are  among  you,  Shamballa  was  built  three  times,  and  three  times  the  
physical  buildings  were  destroyed.  The  first  time,  it  was  created  and  prepared  for  the  hour  
when  I  should  make  my  visitation.  It  was  later  destroyed  and  built  again  by  sensitive  spirits  
who  tuned  into  the  glorious  pattern  in  akashic  records.    Again  cataclysmic  action  returned  
it  to  nothingness.  

  The  final  building  of  Shamballa,  over  sixty  thousand  years  ago,  is  recorded  in  
occult  literature.  That  too,  has  suffered  decay,  but  the  etheric  replica  of  the  blazing  
powerful  original  city  lives  and  breathes  in  the  ethers  over  the  Gobi  Desert,  and  shall  
remain  there  until  it  is  lowered  again,  permanently,  into  the  physical  appearance  world  
as  the  Golden  Age  proceeds  and  mankind,  individually  and  collectively,  prove  
themselves  worthy  to  sustain  it  for  all  eternity.    It  will  be  my  gift  to  the  evolutions  that  I  
have  loved  and  will  remain  a  part  of  the  star  of  freedom  long  after  I  have  returned  to  my

home,  perhaps  to  go  forth  again  to  some  further  star,  some  more  childlike  evolution,  
some  more  innocent  evolving  life.    That  is  love,  and  that  is  service  and  that  is  joy!  

We  live  but  to  love  life  free.    Now  you  have  come  forth  desirous  of  understanding  the  law  
of  your  own  Life,  desirous  of  redeeming  the  energies  of  your  own  world,  and  desirous  of  
providing  the  Light  from  within  your  own  feelings  and  that  of  your  fellowman  so  that  I  
may  close  my  cycle  and  rise  on  the  love  of  your  hearts  into  the  glory  of  my  home.  For  
that,  beloved,  blessed  children,  I  thank  you.  For  your  love,  I  Am  eternally  grateful,  and  
for  your  desire  individually  to  know  how  you  may  contribute  to  the  Light  of  the  world.  I  
pour  to  you  today  the  concentrated  radiation  of  my  own  consciousness.    When  you  care  
to  turn  your  thoughts  and  attention  to  me,  I  will  show  you  individually  how  you  may  add  
to  the  Light  of  the  World  each  day.  

  Opportunities  are  without  limit,  particularly  when  you  are  surrounded  by  seven  
or  eight  million  potential  Light  bearers  in  one  city!  Mankind  thinks  spiritual  opportunity  
lies  on  the  mountain  top,  in  the  hermitage,  in  the  cloister,  or  in  the  monastery.  However,  
if  you  are  to  radiate  your  own  Light,  if  you  are  to  become  cosmic  torch-­‐bearers  lighting  
the  feelings  of  others,  stirring  enthusiasm  within  their  hearts,  kindling  the  fires  of  Faith  
and  Hope,  awakening  the  interest  in  brotherhood  and  selflessness  and  service,  you  must  
lift  the  mass  consciousness  to  give  that  service,  you  must  become  the  leaven  willing  to  
raise  the  masses  through  proximity.    It  is  in  the  darkness  that  Light  is  needed.  It  is  in  the  
shadows  that  the  flaming  fire  of  one  awakened  soul  is  required.  

  I  came  to  Earth  because  she  required  Light.    Oh,  this  magnificent  city,  millions  of  
souls  walking  in  shadow!  Use  your  power  of  radiation  touching  their  feelings  and  
making  them  radiant  “Light  Bearers”  also!  Experiment  with  kindly  feelings  and  see  the  
Light  within  the  eye  of  the  hopeless  kindled  to  renewed  faith!  See  the  weary,  bent  shoulders  
straighten  and  the  spine  again  hold  the  body  erect  as  a  daughter  or  son  of  the  Most  High  
Living  God!    See  the  bowed  head  raised  so  that  the  crown  of  immortality  may  rest  with  
dignity  upon  the  least  of  these.  Do  this,  and  you  will  know  why  I  CONTINUALLY  seek  
planets  and  evolutions  to  love  them  free.    

    Children!  Spiritual  service  has  been  cloaked  with  a  consciousness  of  severity  and  
duty.  It  has  built,  unconsciously,  tensions  in  the  most  earnest  spirits  who,  feeling  and  
sensing  the  responsibility  of  serving  Light,  neutralize  the  very  activity  which  the  Holy  
Spirit  itself,  through  the  heart,  would  release  –  namely,  a  happy,  buoyant,  joyous,  
controlled  love.  This  brings  a  response  from  the  Fire  and  Flame  within  the  heart  of  those  
who  seem  yet  so  bound  in  shadow  that  they  do  not  know  how  to  generate  that  Light  
with  is  their  freedom.  

  I  Am  the  guardian  of  the  Sacred  Fire  of  the  planet  Earth.  That  Fire  is  within  your  
hearts.  It  takes  a  matter  of  seconds  for  the  primal  essence  from  the  Great  Central  Sun  itself,  
to  pour  down  through  the  Silver  Cord  into  your  flesh  body,  the  Light  which  sustains  the  life  
and  intelligence  within  the  form  in  which  you  sit  before  me.  That  Life  is  the  Sacred  Fire  of  
Creation,  which  is  the  ONLY  power  I  have  used  to  create  and  sustain  the  Light  which  has  
poured  out  from  the  planet  Earth  into  the  universe  and  given  any  semblance  of  
luminosity  to  your  star.  The  same  Light,  the  same  Sacred  Fire,  is  within  your  physical  
hearts.  I  have  no  particular  jurisdiction  over  it.  That  Fire  within  each  one  of  you,  is  enough  
to  hold  the  balance  for  a  city,  for  a  nation,  for  a  planet.  It  is  the  same  power  that  the  
Master  Jesus  used  to  heal  the  sick,  to  raise  the  dead,  to  perform  every  so-­‐called  miracle  by  
which  he  REDEEMED  the  Light  which  was  closed  in  by  the  shadows  of  limitation  and  
distress.

   That  Sacred  Fire  is  the  redeemer  of  your  own  life  energy  imprisoned  in  human  
creation.  I  have  been  called  “The  Redeemer”  of  the  Earth,  but  it  would  be  best  to  say  the  
Sacred  Fire,  by  which  I  have  being  is  that  redeemer,  and  that  same  redemptive  power  is  
within  you!  PROVE  IT!  

  In  a  simple  illustration,  if  you  are  depressed  (and  in  the  atmosphere  in  which  you  
move  it  is  not  impossible  for  such  feelings  to  enter  the  emotional  body  from  time  to  time),  
give  your  attention  to  the  Sacred  Fire  and  know  within  you  that  your  redeemer  does  live  
and  then  ask  that  Sacred  Fire  to  change  the  quality  of  your  feelings.  Think  of  something  for  
which  you  can  be  grateful  to  life,  and  you  will  see  how  powerful  is  the  action  of  the  Fire  to  
change  your  feelings,  and  in  changing  your  feelings,  to  give  you  an  opportunity  to  emit  
Light,  which  not  only  repels,  but  dissolves  shadow.  

  The  Sacred  Fire  of  creation  within  your  heart  is  the  redemption  of  every  electron  
that  you  have  drawn  from  the  universe  qualified  imperfectly,  and  sent  forth  into  this  
universe  which,  on  its  return  current,  comes  back  to  its  creator  for  freedom.  

  Oh,  beloved  ones,  those  beautiful  electrons  that  form  your  own  Silver  Cord!  I  
look  at  them  this  morning!  Each  one  of  you  manifests  a  definite  and  distinct  pattern  
through  those  electrons  that  flow  from  your  Presence  into  your  heart,  which  life  
obediently  takes  on  the  quality  of  your  thought  and  feeling  and  is  pressed  out  into  your  
world  and  then  the  helpless  atmosphere  which  mankind  must  breathe.  There  your  life,  
qualified  by  your  own  free-­‐will,  forms  either  part  of  the  shroud  of  death,  the  depression  
and  heaviness  which  weighs  upon  the  people,  or  becomes  part  of  that  melting  power  of  
Light  that  consumes  the  shadows,  that  activity  of  redemption  for  which  the  Brotherhood  
works.    

  That  life,  having  come  forth  through  the  door  of  your  individuality,  has  no  way  to  
return  home  to  the  Father  but  through  the  Sacred  Fire  of  your  heart,  through  its  own  
redeemer,  by  which  it  becomes  purified.  You  call  it  karma.  It  is  merely  innocent  life  and  
on  its  return  journey  it  simply  carries  back  to  you  the  same  quality  that  you  sent  forth.  
When  it  touches  your  worlds  (if  it  is  uncomfortable),  you  repel  it,  and  if  you  will  not  allow  
it  to  find  its  way  back  to  the  Father  from  whence  it  came,  it  remains  a  part  of  your  
unconsumed  heritage  of  karma  until  you  can  welcome  it,  redeem  it  through  the  Flame,  and  
send  it  home  happily  and  gratefully.    

  YOU  KNOW  THAT  NOT  ONE  THING  CAN  TOUCH  YOU,  NOT  ONE  THING  CAN  
ENTER  YOUR  WORLD,  EXCEPT  THAT  WHICH  YOU  HAVE  SENT  FORTH  PREVIOUSLY.  In  
your  knowledge  of  the  Sacred  Fire,  in  the  knowledge  of  the  Violet  Flame,  as  that  energy  
presses  back  for  redemption,  that  much  of  the  Earth’s  shroud,  that  much  of  the  death  
garment  will  be  transformed  as  it  passes  through  the  Sacred  fire,  and  you,  standing  in  
dignity  and  in  honour,  consciously  return  it  to  the  universal,  and  Light  -­‐  as  part  of  my  
ransom.    

  Mankind  at  large  do  not  have  to  handle  the  return  of  their  energy  so  rapidly,  
because  they  have  not  signified  before  life  that  they  desire  to  complete  their  cycle,  
taking  back,  drawing  into  themselves  and  redeeming  all  that  they  have  contributed  in  
karma  to  the  race  and  to  the  universe.  You  have  chosen  to  do  so.  You  chose  like  Lord  
Buddha,  Lord  Maitreya,  and  others,  to  make  the  great  sacrifice.  What  does  that  mean?  It  
means  to  make  sacred  the  energy  of  your  own  life,  whether  it  is  pressing  back  as  
discordant  circumstances,  as  ill  health,  as  inharmony  or  as  limitation.  Oh,  but  you  must  
not  (like  some  people  in  the  East)  lie  down  under  that  energy,  for  too,  is  an  error.  You  
are  to  call  that  Sacred  Fire  forth,  in  a  great  circle  of  Living  Flame  around  you,  and  as  that

innocent  life  obeys  your  call  and  comes  back  for  redemption,  it  will  be  purified,  
transmuted  and  returned  to  your  Causal  Body  without  discomfort  to  the  personal  self.  

  You  have  commendably  used  the  power  of  the  Unfed  Flame  in  expanding  its  
Light.  You  have  been  told,  and  have  accepted,  that  as  you  place  your  feet  upon  the  
spiritual  path,  the  Unfed  Flame  within  your  hearts  will  grow,  but  in  the  mass  of  mankind  
that  Flame  has  receded  until  it  is  less  that  one-­‐sixteenth  of  an  inch  in  height.  Conscious  
chelas  and  students,  as  their  attention  goes  to  the  Presence,  find  that  Flame  expanding.  
Finally  the  day  comes  when  the  little  airless  cell  in  which  it  abides  no  longer  can  hold  it,  the  
cap  of  that  small  compartment  is  burst,  the  Flame  rushes  forth,  and  there  is  born  within  it  
an  exact  replica  of  your  own  Holy  Christ  Self,  which  the  Upanishads  and  the  Vedic  writings  
have  referred  to  as  “the  Golden  Man”  that  lives  within  the  heart.  This  is  the  “second  birth”  
of  the  orthodox  world,  and  as  that  little  Being  begins  to  expand,  you  will  feel  the  Unfed  
Flame  taking  more  mastery  through  your  human  form  and  your  inner  bodies.  

  You  have  evolved  the  beautiful  decrees  asking  the  Unfed  Flame  to  expand,  to  
arise,  to  illumine  you  and  to  provide  protection,  and  that  is  beautiful  indeed,  but  have  
you  thought  upon  the  cohesive  power  of  the  Unfed  Flame  as  an  activity  of  precipitation,  
of  drawing  from  the  universal  the  good  that  you  require?  I  SUGGEST  YOU  EXPERIMENT  
WITH  THAT  SAME  POWER.  After  all,  in  its  cohesive  activity  it  holds  your  physical  body  
together,  keeping  those  cells  revolving  in  their  orbit,  around  their  own  central  core.  YOU  
WILL  FIND  IT  ALSO  HAS  WITHIN  IT  THE  POWER  TO  DRAW  TOWARDS  YOU  EVERY  
GOOD  AND  PERFECT  THING.  

  I  welcome  the  opportunity  of  speaking  to  you  this  morning,  because  the  great  
Shamballa  has  opened  her  doors  again  to  the  Brotherhood.  Once  every  year,  as  the  
twelve-­‐month  cycle  draws  to  it  close,  we  play  host  to  those  great  Beings  who  have  
offered  to  guard  and  protect  the  evolving  mankind  on  the  Earth  and,  wherever  possible,  
teach  them  the  way  back  home.  For  millions  of  years,  this  activity  in  Shamballa  was  a  
private  one,  and  none  less  than  high  initiates,  adepts,  of  fully  free  Masters,  were  among  
our  guests,  but  through  the  widening  of  the  interest  of  unascended  beings,  we  are  host  
to  many,  many  thousands  of  lifestreams  this  year.  Also,  many  millions  of  good  men  and  
women  stand  in  their  etheric  bodies  in  the  atmosphere  around  Shamballa,  accepting  our  
Light  and  Radiation,  though  they  cannot  yet  participate  mentally,  in  an  alert,  awakened  
consciousness,  in  the  actual  ceremonies  of  the  Flame  or  enjoy  consciously  the  Great  
addresses  that  are  being  given  by  the  brothers  and  sisters  who  are  members  of  the  great  
Hierarchy.  

  I  have  chosen  to  come  and  give  to  you  today  a  simple  presentation  of  how  you  
may  be  the  Light  of  the  World.  I  hope  you  will  remember  that  it  is  an  opportunity  
without  parallel  for  you  to  establish  within  the  hearts  of  the  men  and  women  and  
children  you  contact  in  your  own  orbits,  in  your  business,  in  your  personal  activities,  
and  –  those  of  you  who  are  connected  with  the  public  life,  in  your  audiences  –  an  
understanding  that  the  most  perfect  service  that  any  unascended  being  can  render  (no  
matter  what  his  creed,  belief  or  religion)  is  to  change  the  quality  of  his  own  feelings  and  
that  of  others  to  a  constructive  endeavour.  The  early  Christians  are  a  marvelous  example  
of  that  –  they  tuned  in  so  deeply  to  the  consciousness  of  their  leader  and  Master  that  they  
embodied  his  feelings  and  conveyed  them  on  the  instant  to  those  with  whom  they  were  
surrounded.  In  this  manner,  they  made  more  converts  and  created  a  greater  pattern  of  the  
Christ  way  of  life  than  all  of  the  lectures  and  all  of  the  speakers  that  have  followed  them  in  
the  centuries  since  the  full  impetus  of  Jesus’  record  was  removed  into  the  dissolution  of  the  
physical  bodies  of  the  last  of  the  disciples  and  apostles  who  walked  the  Earth.

   Now,  again  we  come  close.  We  shall  return,  as  you  desire  us.  Now,  beloved  
children  of  God,  in  the  name  of  the  Great  God  of  Light  and  Life,  in  the  name  of  the  Sun  of  
the  system,  in  the  name  of  Shamballa,  and  the  Holy  Great  White  Brotherhood,  which  I  
serve,  I  give  you  my  blessing.  May  the  star  of  my  own  Light  shine  above  your  heads!  May  
the  love  which  I  have  felt  for  your  evolution  fill  your  hearts!  May  you  become  such  
spiritual  incendiaries  that  everywhere  you  move,  LIGHT  WILL  APPEAR!  May  every  
lifestream  you  ever  contact  be  filled  with  the  FIRE  of  the  Holy  Spirit!  MAY  YOU  NEVER,  
IN  THE  NAME  OF  GOD  THAT  MADE  YOU,  LEAVE  ANY  ENVIRONMENT,  OR  LIFESTREAM  
IN  AS  MUCH  SHADOW  AS  YOU  FOUND  IT!  THAT  is  your  responsibility.  

  Eighteen  years  before  my  going  (note:  Sanat  Kumara  returned  to  Venus  after  
only  3  years  in  January  1956  -­‐  much  before  the  expected  20  year  period  –  this  was  due  
to  the  Transmission  Flame  Service)  I  place  in  your  hands  the  scepter  of  dominion,  which  
I  have  brought  from  Shamballa,  and  which  has  remained  the  property  of  Lord  Maitreya  
and  myself  until  this  hour.  I  ask  that  you  use  that  scepter  individually,  and  where  this  is  
sorrow,  bring  happiness,  where  there  is  limitation,  bring  Freedom,  where  there  is  death,  
bring  life.  For  this  were  you  born,  for  this  cause  came  you  into  the  world,  and  for  this  DAY  
has  life  sustained  you  through  MILLIONS  and  MILLIONS  and  MILLIONS  of  years.  

  You  have  come  to  a  point  where  you  have  offered  your  hearts  and  hands  to  God,  
and  you  have  asked,  “How  may  I  serve  my  fellowmen?”  I  say  to  you  there  is  not  an  
experience  in  your  life,  from  the  time  when  your  feet  touch  the  floor  in  the  morning,  
until  your  head  rests  upon  your  pillow  at  night,  that  you  do  not  have  opportunity  to  
bring  more  Light  to  some  part  of  life,  animate  or  so-­‐called  inanimate,  whether  of  the  
human  kingdom,  the  elemental  kingdom,  the  angelic  kingdom,  the  four-­‐footed  kingdom,  
or  nature  as  a  whole.  Watering  a  plant  that  is  dry  makes  that  plant  happy  and  makes  that  
plant  emit  more  Light.  Do  you  see?  It  is  as  simple  as  that!  

  Opportunities  are  all  around  you  to  emit  Light.  

  Do  you  remember  the  small  boy  that  the  Master  Ariel  was  training  in  the  control  
of  energy?  Sometimes  when  the  experiences  of  life  would  weigh  heavily,  he  would  say  
within  himself,  “I  hope  my  Master  doesn’t  ask  me  to  emit  my  Light  today.”  I  AM  ASKING  
YOU  NOW  EVERY  DAY,  EVERY  HOUR,  EVERY  MINUTE,  TO  EMIT  YOUR  LIGHT!  I  want  
lips  to  smile,  hearts  to  sing,  souls  to  have  new  faith,  because  you  are  my  ambassadors.  I  
want  shadows  to  recede,  sunshine  to  be  present,  fears  and  all  the  terrific  agonies  to  which  
the  human  consciousness  is  heir,  to  disappear  at  your  approach,  so  that  when  you  walk  the  
length  of  a  room,  that  Light  going  before  you  will  bring  harmony.  

Opportunity  is  yours,  and  NOW  let  me  see  your  activity  in  LOVE.  I  thank  you.

“As  you  have  seen  the  fireflies  glow  in  the  dusk,  and  have  enjoyed  the  beauty  of  their  
radiance,  you  can  grasp  a  picture  of  how  the  mankind  of  Earth  looks  to  the  inner  eye  of  
the  Brotherhood,  except  that  the  uniformity  of  Light  is  nowhere  near  as  exact  as  that  of  
the  small  Light  in  the  insect.  However,  in  one  glance,  the  Master  can  look  at  the  entire  
ten  billion  members  of  the  race,  incarnate  and  disincarnate,  and  from  his  Cosmic

consciousness,  hold  them  all  within  a  span  similar  to  about  an  eighteen-­‐inch  board  held  
before  the  physical  eye.  

  The  amount  of  Light  within  the  life-­‐stream  distinguishes  one  from  another,  and  
it  is  by  the  size  of  the  periphery  of  that  Light  that  the  Master  makes  his  judgment  as  to  
what  particular  service  and  cooperation  can  be  fitted  between  the  Hierarchy  and  the  
human  being  who  represents  those  that  are  to  be  helped  to  freedom.  

  Thus,  the  students  who  work  with  the  Masters  are  not  chosen  for  their  
personality,  but  for  their  LIGHT.  A  certain  intensity  of  Light,  a  certain  wideness  of  the  
sphere  of  influence  covered  by  their  radiation,  is  required  by  the  Cosmic  Law  before  
more  than  ordinary  personal  assistance  can  be  given.  Therefore,  it  is  evident  that  
individuals  who  are  blessed  by  the  association  with  the  Masters  have  already  a  
tremendous  expansion  of  their  Light,  and  the  association  made  is  to  use  their  sphere  of  
influence  as  conductors  for  the  Master’s  Consciousness,  Plans,  Presence  and  Powers.”

  Now,  let  me  hold  your  attention  for  a  moment  upon  the  difference  in  activity  
between  the  Ray  and  the  Flame.  When  self-­‐conscious  intelligence  within  itself,  wills  to  
create,  its  first  activity  is  to  send  forth  a  Ray.  The  length  of  that  Ray,  the  strength  of  it,  
the  sustaining  Power  of  it,  all  of  these  are  determined  by  the  SERVICE  that  Ray  is  to  
render  and  the  place  to  which  it  is  to  go.  Because  the  nature  of  all  fire  is  always  to  rise,  
when  that  Ray  reaches  its  destination,  it  instantly  bursts  into  LIVING,  RISING  FLAME  as  
it  returns  to  its  Source  in  order  to  complete  the  cycle  of  its  existence.  (The  Law  of  Life  is  a  
circle,  as  you  know,  and  all  eventually  returns  to  its  Source.)  So,  first  you  have  THE  RAY,  
then  you  have  THE  FLAME!  Now,  let  us  make  this  as  simple  as  we  can.  

  When  your  God-­‐Parents  in  love,  desired  to  create  each  and  every  one  of  you,  
what  did  they  do  first?  They  sent  forth  a  Light  Ray,  from  their  own  HEARTS,  into  
universal  Light-­‐Substance,  at  the  termination  of  which  was  formed  the  Immortal  
Threefold  Flame  of  Eternal  Truth,  within  which  abides  the  REAL  YOU!  That  Ray  was  not  
too  long  in  the  beginning,  because  the  God-­‐Parents  desired  to  keep  you  within  the  
compass  of  their  own  auras  for  a  time.  

  Then  Universal  Light  Substance  coalesced  around  that  Immortal  Threefold  Flame  
and  the  White  Fire  Being  came  into  existence.  As  soon  as  the  intelligence  within  the  White  
Fire  Being  cognized  itself  as  an  individualized  part  of  the  God-­‐life  of  the  Universe,  that  
instant  it  was  given  Free-­‐will  choice  as  to  whether  or  not  it  would  continue  as  an  
individualized  part  of  the  Creator,  drawing  more  of  his  energy  into  that  Immortal  
Threefold  Flame  within  its  Heart,  which  would  enable  it  to  create  as  the  Father  creates.  
Cognizing  itself  as  “I  AM”  the  Immortal  Threefold  Flame  in  the  “I  AM  Presence,”  through  
the  exercise  of  its  God-­‐given  free-­‐will,  could  refuse  self-­‐conscious  individualization.  If  it  did  
so,  that  Threefold  Flame  then  was  drawn  back  by  the  God-­‐Parents  into  their  own  Hearts.  (I  
believe  that  has  never  been  explained  to  you  before.)  

  So,  let  no  one  ever  tell  you,  beloved  ones,  that  you  have  conscious  being  
regardless  of  your  own  desire  or  will,  or  that  you  had  being,  even  at  Cosmic  Levels,  
(before  you  took  any  physical  embodiment)  without  the  assent  of  your  own  free-­‐will!  For  
every  individualized  White  Fire  Being  (Cosmic  “I  AM  Presence”)  who  accepted  the  
responsibility  of  being  a  co-­‐creator  with  the  Father,  there  were  at  least  a  dozen  or  more  
who  chose  to  return  to  the  Universal,  because  it  was  more  comfortable  just  to  remain  a  
part  of  the  whole,  rather  than  to  take  the  personal  responsibility  of  individualization  and  
the  use  of  Life’s  energies!  

  Therefore,  you  have  the  Ray  from  the  heart  of  the  God-­‐Parents,  at  the  
termination  of  which  arises  the  Immortal  Threefold  Flame,  and  you  have  self-­‐conscious  
intelligence  within  that  Flame  cognizant  of  its  own  Being,  making  its  FIRST  choice  as  to  
whether  to  become  a  co-­‐creator,  or  to  return  into  the  Heart  of  the  God-­‐Parents  from  
whence  it  came!  

  The  use  of  this  same  principle  of  free-­‐will  continues  on  through  the  division  of  the  
White  Fire  Being  into  the  Twin-­‐Flames.  Perhaps  one  Twin-­‐Flame  will  choose  to  associate

itself  with  the  beings  in  the  First  Sphere  and  the  other  may  go  on  to  the  Second  or  Third  
Sphere,  each  having  as  much  freedom  and  opportunity  as  he  desires  to  draw  from  the  
Cosmic  Ray  of  his  God-­‐Parents  whatever  he  requires  to  fulfill  his  Divine  Plan.  

  Naturally,  the  Source  of  every  Ray,  Flame  and  Virtue  is  the  Heart  of  God!  In  the  
case  of  this  Universe,  the  Beloved  Elohim  Arcturus  and  his  Twin-­‐flame  Diana  drew  that  
Violet  Ray  and  the  Flame  from  the  Sun  of  this  system  in  the  very  beginning  of  the  
creation  of  this  Earth,  making  it  available  for  use  on  our  Earth  in  beings  at  inner  levels  
who  were  serving  the  Planet  and  her  evolutions.  Then,  through  the  process  of  “stepping  
down”  its  vibratory  action  and  Power,  that  Violet  Ray  and  Flame  were  made  available  
for  us  to  use  in  any  sphere  where  they  would  be  consciously  called  forth  by  any  and  all  
who  SINCERELY  DESIRE  their  beneficent  assistance.  However,  here  is  the  point  we  
would  like  to  make:  

  The  Ray  strikes  downward  to  the  point  where  the  call  has  gone  up,  where  the  
magnetic  pull  of  energy  consciously  invokes  it,  then,  beginning  the  return  to  its  Source,  
that  Ray  becomes  a  Flame,  which  rises  upward  because,  as  has  been  said  so  often,  it  is  
the  nature  of  the  Flame  always  to  Ascend!  Inasmuch  as  LIGHT  IS  LIFE,  God’s  own  Life  
the  Substance  of  the  Ray  and  Flame  which  have  come  forth  as  the  result  of  someone’s  
conscious  invocation,  that  Light  is  the  very  Life-­‐Essence  animating  any  project  or  
activity.  

  That  is  why  so  many  good  ‘movements’  of  a  spiritual  as  well  as  of  a  secular  
nature  cease  to  have  life  when  the  magnetizing  lifestream  in  physical  form  takes  his  or  
her  departure  to  inner  levels  in  so-­‐called  “death”.  As  a  rule,  the  followers  of  the  doctrine  
which  that  one  had  magnetized,  do  not  fully  understand  this  Power  of  Invocation  and  its  
use  and  so  they  accept  and  use  the  harvest  which  was  the  result  of  the  magnetization  of  
the  Ray  by  the  founder  of  the  “movement”  and  the  establishment  and  sustenance  of  the  
Flame  by  that  one.  Usually,  such  followers  do  not  understand  that  the  Flame  must  be  
rhythmically  called  forth  and  nourished  by  daily  application,  otherwise,  the  Flame  will  
ascend  right  back  to  the  Father  from  whom  it  came  and  the  sustaining  Power  of  the  
activity,  therefore,  ceases  to  be  in  the  octave!  

  When  you  want  the  Violet  Fire  of  Freedom’s  Love,  Mercy  and  Compassion  to  act  
in  the  physical  appearance  world,  you  invoke  it  in  the  name  and  authority  of  your  own  
God-­‐self,  your  own  individualized  “I  AM  Presence.”  The  Violet  Ray  and  Flame  have  
become  more  and  more  powerful  as  they  have  been  called  forth  all  through  the  ages,  in  
every  sphere,  by  every  Divine  being,  as  well  as  by  the  nourishment  of  those  Great  Beings  
who  have  served  and  drawn  forth  this  Ray  and  Flame  right  here  on  Earth  (including  the  
Great  Sanat  Kumara  himself).  At  your  call,  that  Ray  and  Flame  will  answer  you  instantly  
because  the  Immortal  Threefold  Flame  of  eternal  Truth  which  lives  right  within  our  own  
beating  Heart  is  the  Divine  Magnet  which  the  Violet  Flame  lovingly  desires  to  obey!  Then  
that  Ray  immediately  becomes  a  Living  Flame  and  begins  the  process  of  Ascending!  This,  
again,  represents  the  dual  activity  of  centripetal  and  centrifugal  force.  Now,  to  sustain  
the  Violet  Flame  in  this  physical  appearance  world  there  must  be  self-­‐conscious  
lifestreams  to  act  as  magnets  for  this  Flame,  with  willing  minds  and  hearts  and  an  
understanding  of  the  efficacy  of  this  application.  These  lifestreams  should  continue  
joyously  to  draw  that  Flame  and  rhythmically  bathe  the  physical,  etheric,  mental  and  
emotional  vehicles  of  themselves  and  entire  race  in  that  Violet  Fire.  Thus  they  sustain  its  
activity  here  in  Earth’s  atmosphere.

 Great  opportunity  Now  for  use  of  the  Violet  Fire  

  In  these  days  when  the  activities  of  the  Seventh  Ray  are  so  much  in  evidence  and  
the  reign  of  our  Beloved  Saint  Germain  as  Chohan  of  the  Seventh  Ray  has  already  begun,  
you  have  Great  opportunity  to  call  forth  the  Violet  Fire  into  this  physical  world  around  
persons,  places,  conditions  and  things  where  it  is  most  surely  needed.    To  have  the  most  
efficacious  use  of  this  purifying  activity  of  the  Violet  Fire,  I  Am  going  to  try  to  bring  to  
you  today  a  realization  of  the  importance  of  RHYTHM  in  your  use  of  it.  IT  IS  BETTER  TO  
USE  THE  FLAME  FOR  SHORTER  PERIODS  AT  A  TIME  AND  NOT  TO  STAY  AT  IT  TOO  
LONG.  It  is  much  better  to  call  it  forth  more  often,  for  shorter  periods  at  a  time,  in  a  
RHYTHMIC  activity  as  we  have  suggested  to  you  time  after  time.    

  Set  aside  some  uninterrupted  time  each  day,  if  only  five  full  minutes  at  a  time,  
(say  three  times  a  day,  morning,  noon  and  night)  to  invoke  the  Violet  Flame,  calling  for  it  
to  BLAZE  up,  in  through  and  around  you,  at  that  time  giving  conscious  recognition  to  the  
Great  Beings  who  serve  it  and  who  have  sustained  it  all  through  the  ages  by  the  gift  of  
their  own  life.  FEEL  ITS  ACTIVITY  in,  through  and  around  you,  then  expanding  out  into  
the  world  about  which  require  it  so  much.  If  you  will  do  this,  not  tiring  of  the  exercise  on  
considering  it  a  chore,  but  WITH  A  CONSCIOUSNESS  OF  JOYOUS  GRATITUDE  FOR  THE  
USE  OF  THIS  MERCIFUL  TRANSMUTING  POWER  which  is  yours  as  a  glad  free  gift  of  LOVE  
from  your  Heavenly  Father  (Your  own  individualized  “I  AM  Presence”),  there  is  no  
reason  why  this  Violet  Flame  cannot  be  externalized  in  this  physical  appearance  world,  
visible  and  tangible  to  the  physical  sight  of  all  that  sees!    

  On  Atlantis,  long  ago,  we  did  externalize  a  gigantic  focus  of  this  Violet  Fire  and  its  
radiating  flame  was  seen  by  the  physical  sight  of  all  for  a  distance  of  a  thousand  miles  in  
all  directions!  Of  course,  this  was  done  before  the  radiation  and  followers  of  the  “black  
order”  descended  upon  the  disciples  of  the  true  way  and  destroyed  the  Priesthood  
through  the  imposition  upon  the  consciousness  of  the  people  of  skepticism,  fear  and  
various  negative  qualities.  While  this  Flame  was  visible  there,  beloved  Amethyst  (my  
own  Divine  Complement)  and  myself,  or  some  priest  and  priestess  of  the  Violet  Fire  
from  the  Divine  Realms,  stood  with  arms  raised  and  invoked  that  Violet  Ray  until  it  
appeared  right  here  on  the  physical  surface  of  Earth  as  a  gigantic  pillar  of  Flame!  

  In  order  to  keep  that  purifying  activity  of  the  Violet  Flame  in  Earth’s  atmosphere,  
it  had  to  be  consciously  called  forth  once  every  hour  during  each  twenty-­‐four  hour  period.  
If  this  had  not  been  done,  there  would  not  have  remained  enough  priests  and  
priestesses  true  to  the  “White  Order”  to  have  made  it  possible  to  transport  to  safe  
locations  on  the  planet  the  other  concentrated  Flames  of  various  God-­‐Virtues  from  
the  island  of  Poseidonis  which,  was  the  final  remnant  of  the  Continent  of  Atlantis  to  
sink  beneath  the  waves  in  a  cataclysmic  action.  

   

Avoid  Tension  In  Application  

Beloved  Ones,  the  use  of  the  Violet  Ray  and  Flame  IS  SO  PRACTICAL!  We  see  that  there  is  
often  quite  a  tension  manifesting  in  your  outer  consciousness  when  you  have  
endeavored  sincerely  to  magnetize  a  Divine  Quality  and  Virtue  to  act  in  your  world  and  
your  endeavours  have  extended  over  quite  a  period  of  time.    Sometimes  these  qualities  
do  not  manifest  for  you  as  quickly  as  you  would  like  and  you  find  your  outer  nature  is  
not  out-­‐picturing  this,  which  you  desire  and  for  which  you  have  been  calling  for  so  long.  
I  implore  you,  PLEASE  do  not  allow  those  feeling  of  fear,  doubt  and  discouragement  to

remain  in  your  world  and  to  register  within  your  etheric  bodies  (memory  worlds)  
because,  in  essence  they  are  really  DOUBT  OF  THE  TRUTH  AND  EFFICACY  OF  
SPIRITUAL  LAW!  

  The  moment  you  become  tense  in  your  application  or  the  moment  you  sense  
within  yourself  a  feeling  of  strain  in  applying  the  Law,  that  moment  your  feeling  world  
has  questioned  the  ABSOLUTE  SCIENCE  OF  THE  MAGNETIZATION  AND  RADIATION  OF  
THIS  FLAME.  If  this  occurs,  just  let  your  application  alone  for  a  while,  and  turn  your  
attention  to  something  else.  Later,  when  you  have  quieted  your  feelings  again,  call  upon  
your  Ascended  Master  friend  of  Light  (whichever  one  or  more  of  us  if  you  desire)  and  
ask  that  one  to  give  you  HIS  FEELING  OF  THE  EXACT  SCIENCE  AND  ABSOLUTELY  
UNFAILING  LAW,  which  is  within  the  magnetizing  and  radiating  of  the  Virtue  of  
Freedom!  Believe  me,  YOU  WILL  RECEIVE  THAT  FOR  WHICH  YOU  ASK!  Be  still  for  a  
moment  however,  AND  WAIT  FOR  THE  MASTER’S  FEELINGS  to  flood  your  own  
emotional  bodies  (feeling  worlds).  You  see,  it  is  the  TRYING  TO  HARD,  the  striving,  
through  over-­‐conscientiousness  (in  essence),  which  delays  so  much  of  your  
manifestation.    

  Now  some  of  you  have  chosen  to  magnetize  Virtues  which  through  an  honest  
introspection  in  the  private  chamber  of  your  own  Heart,  you  have  found  were  lacking  in  
outer  manifestation  in  your  world.  That  is  very  commendable,  indeed.  The  average  
person  usually  chooses  to  do  the  thing  he  likes  the  most  and  turn  away  from  that  at  
which  he  is  not  proficient.  For  instance  it  is  easy  for  the  musician  to  play  because  it  is  a  
natural  talent  in  his  lifestream  and  he  loves  to  do  it.  The  aeronautical  pilot  likes  to  fly  
and  individuals  who,  for  ages  of  time,  have  builded  momentums  in  the  Causal  Body  of  
the  God-­‐Virtues  of  Peace  or  Healing,  love  to  rest  comfortably  within  the  magnetizing  and  
radiating  of  those  Virtues  which,  to  all  outer  appearance,  are  really  a  natural  release  of  
that  lifestream.    However,  in  order  to  become  a  well-­‐rounded  individual  completely  
Master  of  all  the  Substance  and  Energy  of  One’s  whole  lifestream,  it  is  much  more  
commendable  for  one  to  choose  to  magnetize  and  radiate  a  Virtue  which  is  not  already  a  
manifest  part  of  his  personality.  To  those  who  will  so  endeavour  to  “round-­‐out”  their  
lives  shall  be  given  added  assistance  from  our  realm.  

Consciously  Put  Your  Faith  In  God’s  Unfailing  Law  

Dear  hearts,  Beloved  Saint  Germain  and  I  have  talked  together  so  often  on  just  how,  in  
the  most  efficacious  way,  we  could  present  to  you  THE  ABSOLUTE  UNFAILING  LAW  of  
the  USE  OF  THIS  VIOLET  RAY  AND  FLAME,  so  that  you  can  and  will  use  it  with  faith,  
confidence  and  certainty,  as  do  the  Ascended  Hosts  of  Light  right  here  in  this  physical  
world.  Every  time  we  come  to  you,  we  bring  a  concentrate  of  the  Violet  Fire  with  us  and,  
during  the  time  we  are  with  you,  you  are  buoyed  up  to  a  certain  extent  by  the  feelings  of  
OUR  CONFIDENCE  IN  ITS  REALITY  AND  USE,  some  of  the  substance  of  that  Ray  and  
Flame  remaining  permanently  in  your  world.    

  However,  when  you  return  again  to  the  experiences  of  your  daily  living  and  the  
limiting  shadows  of  human  creation  seem  still  to  appear  in  your  own  experience,  it  
seems  difficult  for  most  of  you  to  stand  alone  with  your  God  (“I  AM  Presence”)  judging  
not  according  to  appearances,  giving  power  to  the  transmuting  activities  of  the  Violet  
Fire  of  Freedom’s  Love  to  remove  those  shadows,  letting  that  Violet  Flame  replace  them  
by  Perfection’s  Light.  THE  VIOLET  FIRE  ALWAYS  LEAVES  A  RESIDUE  OF  ITS  OWN  
SUBSTANCE  OF  DIVINE  LOVE  wherever  it  passes  through.

   THINK!  JUST  WHERE  ARE  YOU  PLACING  YOUR  FAITH?  Where  are  you  allowing  
your  Faith  to  abide?  Where  are  you  placing  the  Power  (which  is  really  YOUR  OWN  LIFE)  
in  the  appearances  which  plague  you,  in  the  appearances  which  displease,  or  in  
Almighty  God  (“I  AM”)  and  his  Virtues  and  Rays?  These  are  as  available  to  you  at  your  
conscious  call  as  the  air  you  breathe,  the  water  you  drink  and  use  for  bathing  purposes  
and  the  Earth  which  you  use  as  a  platform  beneath  your  feet.  Did  not  Beloved  Jesus  say:  
“For  everyone  that  asketh,  receiveth!”  

  The  Violet  Ray  and  Flame  are  tremendous  momentums  of  God-­‐Power.  Perhaps  
you  will  remember  that  the  Beloved  Sanat  Kumara  was  the  very  first  Chohan  of  the  
Violet  Ray  to  this  Earth  and  our  Beloved  Kwan  Yin  (Goddess  of  Mercy)  was  one  of  its  
Chohans  also.  Beloved  Saint  Germain,  long  before  his  Ascension  in  1684,  knowing  of  the  
conditions  upon  this  planet  and  realising  the  tremendous  necessity  for  the  purification  
of  the  energies  of  the  planet  and  her  evolutions,  volunteered  to  have  that  Violet  Ray  
really  grafted  into  his  own  Heart.  Thus  he  came  into  embodiment,  century  after  century,  
as  the  most  powerful  concentrated  radiating  center  of  the  Violet  Ray  and  Flame  until  the  
very  scent  of  violets  was  clearly  discernible  and  Rays  of  Violet  Fire  energy  drove  into  the  
actual  Substance  of  Earth.  

  I  can  tell  you  that,  when  mankind  have  ceased  to  feed  their  various  differences,  
individual,  national  and  international,  when  the  surface  of  Europe  is  cleansed  of  the  
distressing  wars  and  “blood  baths”  which  have  been  perpetrated  there,  (this  impurity  
not  only  upon  the  surface  of  the  Earth  but  within  its  substance  also)  man  will  find  that  
every  place  where  “The  Wonderman”  of  Europe  walked,  there  are  deposits  of  the  amethyst  
jewel.  One  day  these  will  be  found  by  those  embodied  here  and  utilized  as  talisman  of  
the  virtues  of  Freedom  and  will  be  carried  from  wherever  they  are  found  to  places  all  
over  the  world.  

  Even  in  the  country  (USA),  every  place  where  our  beloved  Saint  Germain  has  
walked,  there  are  deposits  of  the  magnificent  amethyst  deposits  created  by  his  
invocation  of  the  Violet  Fire  into  those  localities,  his  love  for  the  Violet  Ray  and  his  
constant  and  absolute  devotion  to  it.  Wherever  the  jewels  of  the  Violet  Ray  have  come  
forth  in  commercial  pursuits,  some  members  of  the  Order  of  Zadkiel  had  a  temple  in  the  
place  at  one  time  or  another  and  had  utilized  the  vibratory  action  of  the  Seventh  Ray  
there.    

  So,  the  people  who  wear  the  Amethyst  jewel  upon  their  person  are  really  using  the  
condensed  energy  of  prayer  force,  invocation,  power  and  magnetization  of  the  priests  and  
priestesses  of  the  Order  of  Zadkiel.  Every  individual  who  has  personally  benefitted  from  
the  commercial  sale  of  this  life  essence  (the  amethyst),  owes  to  the  Order  of  Zadkiel  a  
certain  balance  in  service  to  life  for  the  profit  which  they  have  created  from  the  use  of  
the  energies  of  the  Brothers  and  Sisters  of  the  Violet  Ray,  condensed  in  the  form  of  this  
jewel.  

  In  the  days  and  years  ahead,  when  the  greed  and  selfishness  of  mankind  have  
been  removed  completely,  cause,  effect,  record  and  memory,  when  each  lifestream  is  
anchored  within  his  own  Heart  Flame  and  he  is  able  to  magnetize  and  radiate  the  
substance  required  to  precipitate  the  food,  clothing,  housing  and  general  sustenance  of  
the  body,  when  there  is  no  longer  any  fear  of  lack,  these  magnificent  jewels  which  are  
now  held  within  Virgo’s  own  body  will  be  released  again  into  the  use  of  mankind.  Then  
they  will  be  used  mostly  to  adorn  the  temples  or  as  foci  (talisman)  to  magnetize  more  of  
the  Virtues  of  the  Seventh  Ray  from  the  Godhead.  The  great  gold  deposits  now  safely  
kept  secret  will  also  be  released  for  the  use  of  all,  not  so  much  for  personal  adornment

but  to  use  in  many,  many  ways  to  bring  forth  the  beauty  and  perfection  here  which  will  
make  our  planet  like  into  the  Kingdom  of  Heaven  that  perfection  God  created  here  in  the  
beginning  and  which  he  desires  to  have  sustained  forever.  

Violet  Fire  also  Active  in  Inner  Levels  

Especially  since  the  advent  of  the  Seventh  Ray  to  this  planet,  whenever  and  wherever  
possible,  the  Angels  of  Mercy  and  Compassion  go  with  an  incoming  soul,  going  into  
places,  sometimes,  which  are  not  too  pure.  They  endeavour  to  prepare  the  home  and  its  
atmosphere  (as  well  as  the  parents,  as  much  as  they  can)  for  the  coming  of  the  infant.  At  
times,  such  an  Angel  is  permitted  to  remain  with  that  infant  for  a  while,  at  least  until  the  
time  comes  when  its  little  mind  is  disabused  (shall  we  say)  of  the  reality  of  Angels.  When  
this  “shell”  of  rejection  in  thought  and  feeling  is  thus  set  up  around  the  child,  this  
beautiful  Angel  must  leave  that  one  and  return  to  the  inner  spheres  again!    

  Angels  of  Mercy  and  Compassion  are  always  serving  as  much  as  possible  in  
hospitals,  mental  institutions  and  foci  of  mankind’s  need  and  discord.  Today,  some  of  
these  are  actually  living  in  the  auras  of  the  conscious  chelas  (those  of  you  who  are  daily  
consciously  calling  forth  the  Violet  Fire,  at  least  six  of  these  glorious  Beings  stand  
around  every  conscious  chela  who  daily  calls  forth  the  Violet  Fire  for  purification.  These  
have  been  with  you  for  quite  some  time!)  Such  Angels  await  your  daily  conscious  
recognition  and  call  for  their  greater  assistance  to  your  use  of  this  Merciful  Flame  of  
Freedom.  

THE  SEVEN  RAYS,  THEIR  COLOURS,  KEEPERS  AND  VIRTUES  

The  first  ray  -­‐  it  has  a  White  centre  surrounded  by  ELECTRIC  OR  brilliant  SAPPHIRE  BLUE  –  it  
represents  the  First  Ray  of  God’s  Will,  Strength,  Power  and  Protection.  From  this  Ray  we  can  
draw  power,  the  capacity  to  lead  people,  and  manifest  energy  to  accomplish  any  constructive  
service,  as  well  as  the  Illumined  FAITH  and  PROTECTION  of  Beloved  Archangel  Michael,  and  the  
STRENGTH  of  Beloved  Elohim  Hercules.  Chohan  or  Lord  of  the  First  Ray  is  the  Ascended  Master  
El  Morya,  whose  retreat  is  in  the  etheric  octave  over  Darjeeling,  India.  The  day  that  this  Ray  is  
most  predominant  on  Earth  is  Sunday.  

The  Second  Ray,  the  Ray  of  wisdom,  perception,  discrimination  and  illumination  vibrates  in  the  
colour  spectrum  of  GOLDEN  YELLOW.  It  is  the  focus  of  illumination,  the  "illumined  action"  of  
God.  We  can  draw  inspiration  for  all  educational  and  ‘religious’  endeavours  from  this  Ray.    The  
Chohan  or  Lord  of  the  Second  Ray  is  the  Ascended  Master  Lanto;  he  teaches  us  the  ‘great  
reverence  for  all  Life’  that  he  has.  His  retreat  is  in  the  etheric  realm  over  the  Grand  Teton,  Jackson  
Hole,  Wyoming.    The  Archangel  of  this  Ray  is  Jophiel  and  the  Elohim  in  charge  of  this  Ray  is  
Cassiopeia.  The  second  Ray  day  is  Monday.    

The  Third  Ray  is  the  Ray  of  the  Love  of  God,  the  very  essence  of  consummation  of    Oneness  in  
the  Holy  Spirit.  Tolerance,  harmony,  compassion  and  adoration  are  also  attributes  of  this  Ray.  
Through  this  Ray  whose  spectrum  is  from  the  PINK  we  can  draw  all  the  LOVE  we  require  for  our  
altruistic  endeavours  and  for  our  use  in  our  daily  living  to  bring  about  tolerance  and  
understanding,  as  well  as  the  love  from  the  Beloved  Archangel  Chamuel  and  the  great  Elohim  
Orion.  The  Chohan  or  Lord  of  the  Third  Ray  is  the  Ascended  Master  Paul  the  Venetian,  who  
receives  his  disciples  in  his  retreat,  the  Chateau  de  Liberte,  which  is  over  southern  France.  The  
third  Ray  day  is  Tuesday.    

The  Fourth  Ray  is  the  Ray  of  the  Purity  of  God,  Resurrection  and  Ascension,  it  is  ultimately  our  
way  back  home;  its  FLAME  IS  PURE  WHITE.  Like  all  the  Flames,  this  White  Flame  is  intelligent  
and  can  be  called  into  action  to  ‘Ascend’  any  distressing  condition  in  our  outer  world  to  be  
resurrected  into  a  state  of  peace,  happiness  and  harmony.  The  colour  white  embodies  all  of  the

rays;  and  therefore,  ultimately,  the  disciplines  of  each  of  the  seven  rays,  bringing  one  to  this  
doorway,  to  the  ascension,  the  soul’s  eternal  liberation.  We  can  draw  from  this  band  inspiration  
as  artists,  sculptors,  writers,  architects,  as  well  as  the  limitless  help  to  accelerate  our  way  back  
home.  The  Chohan  or  Lord  of  the  Fourth  Ray  is  the  Ascended  Master  Serapis  Bey,  whose  retreat  
is  the  Ascension  Temple  in  the  etheric  plane  over  Luxor,  Egypt.  The  Archangel  is  Gabriel,  we  can  
call  on  him  to  assist  us  to  hold  the  immaculate  concept  and  we  can  call  to  the  great  Elohim,  
Purity,  to  help  us  maintain  purity  in  our  lives,  He  also  known  as  ‘Clair’.  The  day  is  Wednesday.  

The  Fifth  Ray  is  the  GREEN  RAY  of  Truth,  Healing,  Concentration  and  Consecration  and  the  
Science  of  God.  It  is  a  ray  of  abundance,  which  vibrates  in  the  colour  spectrum  as  Light  bright  
emerald  green.  Scientists,  doctors,  healers,  mathematicians  and  musicians  draw  from  this  ray  in  
their  pursuit  of  scientific  mastery  of  the  self  and  of  the  planes  of  Spirit  and  matter  on  this  Ray.  
This  they  do  this  through  a  quest  for  truth  in  every  discipline,  including  the  healing  arts.  The  fifth  
Ray  is  the  means  whereby  those  who  require  the  logic  of  the  logos  can  find  their  way  back  to  the  
Christ  consciousness,  back  to  their  God-­‐design  or  Divine  plan.  The  Chohan  or  Lord  of  the  Fifth  
Ray  is  the  Ascended  Master  Hilarion,  whose  retreat  is  the  Temple  of  Truth  on  the  etheric  plane  
over  the  island  of  Crete.  The  Archangel  is  Raphael  and  the  Elohim  is  Vista  (Cyclopea).  The  day  is  
Thursday.    

The  Sixth  Ray  is  the  Ray  of  the  Ascended  Lady  Master  Nada,  and  formerly  of  the  Master  Jesus,  
who  has  now  taken  the  office  of  World  Teacher  together  with  Lord  Kuthumi.  This  Ray  represents  
the  attributes  of  Peace,  Grace  and  the  Ministration  of  God.    The  Sixth  Ray  has  a  frequency  in  the  
spectrum  of  RUBY  AND  GOLD.  This  Ray  is  the  path  of  those  who  minister  in  the  energies  of  peace  
to  the  evolutions  of  earth  as  counsellors  and  comforters  in  every  walk  of  life.  From  this  Ray  we  
draw  forth  our  COMFORT  and  PEACE.  The  inner  vow  of  those  who  serve  on  this  Ray  is  "I  AM  my  
brother’s  keeper,"  and  their  soul  motto  is  "He  that  would  be  great  among  you,  let  him  be  the  
servant  of  all."  Lady  Nada  is  aligned  with  Temple  of  Illumination  located  over  Lake  Titicaca  in  
Peru,  South  America.  Beloved  Nada  achieved  her  Ascension  seven  hundred  years  before  Jesus,  
and  has  built  up  a  tremendous  momentum  in  the  use  of  the  Pink  Flame  of  Divine  Love.  The  
Archangel  of  the  sixth  Ray  is  Uriel,  and  the  Elohim  is  Peace  (Tranquility).  The  day  is  Friday.  

The  Seventh  Ray,  which  has  a  frequency  on  the  spectrum  of  Violet,  is  the  ray  of  Freedom,  
Invocation,  Mercy,  Rhythm,  Purification  and  Transmutation,  and  the  Forgiveness  of  God  through  
the  alchemy  of  the  Violet  Fire  of  Mercy.  It  is  the  way  of  freedom  of  the  soul,  and  through  the  use  
of  this  Violet  Fire  we  will  achieve  our  Ascension.  From  this  band  we  draw  the  Violet  Consuming  
Fire  of  forgiveness  to  purify  others  and  ourselves.  Beloved  Saint  Germain,  who  is  known  as  the  
‘God  of  Freedom’  to  the  earth,  is  the  Master  or  Chohan  of  this  Ray,  which  is  now  the  predominate  
Ray  for  the  next  2000  years.  Saint  Germain  has  retreats  both  in  Europe  over  Transylvania,  and  in  
the  Cave  of  Symbols  in  Table  Mountain  of  the  Grand  Teton  Range,  Wyoming  and  at  Mount  Shasta,  
California.  The  Archangel  of  this  Ray  is  Zadkiel  and  the  Elohim  is  Lord  Arcturus.  The  day  is  
Saturday.

Visualizing  the  Luminous  Presence  of  Beloved  Jesus  or  any  other  Ascended  Master  is  the  
most  Powerful  way  of  creating  a  Focus  through  which  the  Ascended  Master  
Consciousness  acts  in  the  physical  experience  of  the  individual,  or  nations,  of  mankind,  
and  of  the  Earth  itself.  There  is  no  person,  place,  condition,  nor  thing  which  can  resist  
the  Mighty  Ascended  Master  Power  that  can  be  focused  through  this  Activity;  and  if  
every  student  will  train  himself  or  herself  to  use  It  in  any  and  every  activity  –  waking  
and  sleeping  –  his  own  experiences  will  be  all  the  Proof  he  can  desire  of  the  Truth  of  
which  we  speak,  for  it  is  the  operation  of  an  Inflexible  Law  which  has  not  been  explained  
for  use  in  the  outer  world.  
  The  likeness  of  Beloved  Jesus,  Saint  Germain,  or  that  of  any  Ascended  Master,  
should  be  pictured  clearly  in  the  mind  -­‐  the  body  made  of  Intense  Dazzling  White

Substance  and  sending  out  love  Rays  of  Light  that  Flash  continually,  quivering  with  the  
intensity  of  Light  held  focused  within,  and  pouring  through  them  into  the  person,  place  
condition,  or  thing  to  be  perfected.  
  In  beginning  to  visualize  the  figure  of  any  Ascended  Master,  ask  your  “Mighty  I  
AM  Presence”  to  show  you  the  picture,  clear  and  definite,  and  to  hold  it  in  your  
consciousness  and  before  your  vision,  so  your  concentration  may  be  uninterrupted  and  
powerful  –  for  the  Instantaneous  Response  to  this  is  what  we  want  you  to  have.    
  The  colours  of  the  Rays  of  Light  poured  out  can  be  changed  according  to  the  
special  activity  required.  The  Body  always  remains  Dazzling  White,  but  the  colour  of  the  
Rays  of  Light  poured  forth  is  determined  by  the  need  of  either  the  patient  or  condition  
to  be  assisted.  
  When  the  activity  of  Divine  Love,  Peace,  Quiet,  Comfort,  or  the  ideas  from  the  
Pure  Christ  Mind  are  required,  the  Rays  of  Light  pouring  forth  should  be  the  colour  of  
molten  Gold  like  sunshine  on  burnished  gold  –  continually  sparkling  if  much  energy  is  to  
be  used,  but  very  soft  and  opaque  if  a  soothing  quality  is  needed.  In  the  healing  of  
children,  the  soft,  opaque  golden  colour  is  the  thing  most  frequently  required,  and  the  
sparkling  activity  is  only  used  if  the  energy  is  low.  
  If  the  activity  of  pouring  out  Divine  Compassion  is  required,  the  Rays  of  Light  
should  be  a  delicate  beautiful  pink  blending  with  the  gold,  the  pink  being  the  shade  often  
seen  in  the  mother-­‐of-­‐pearl  or  the  soft  after-­‐glow  of  a  beautiful  clear  sunset.  
  Whenever  the  Purifying  Activity  is  required  –  whether  it  be  the  substance  of  the  
body,  discord  in  the  feeling,  or  wrong  thoughts  in  the  mind,  which  are  patterns  made  of  
substance  in  the  mental  body  –  the  Rays  of  Light  pouring  their  energy  into  the  body  or  
condition  should  be  an  intense,  gloriously  beautiful  shade  of  violet,  like  that  seen  in  the  
spectrum,  the  rainbow,  the  refraction  of  a  pure  white  diamond,  or  the  lovely  colour  in  
violet  neon  signs.  The  latter  anyone  can  see  in  advertising  signs  illumined  at  night.  
  The  Rays  of  Light  pouring  out  from  the  visualized  form  of  an  Ascended  Master  
for  healing  or  perfecting  purposes  are  the  most  powerful  Activity;  for  they  are  substance  
energized  and  charged  with  the  Ascended  Master  Consciousness  which  supplies  
whatever  is  required  to  make  Their  Activity  instantaneous  and  most  powerful,  as  well  as  
self-­‐sustained.    
  When  an  increase  of  energy  is  required  in  the  healing  of  a  specific  condition,  the  
Rays  of  Light  pouring  out  may  be  coloured  a  very  pale,  delicate  shade  of  blue,  like  that  of  
an  electric  spark;  but  know  always  when  using  this  Activity,  the  entire  activity  and  the  
energy  released  is  forever  qualified  with  Pure  Divine  Love  and  controlled  always  by  
Wisdom  of  the  Ascended  Masters!  
  Remember  always,  the  calling  forth  for  energy  just  to  heal  a  body  without  
bringing  Illumination  to  the  mind,  will  always  bring  punishment  to  the  one  who  draws  it  
forth,  and  the  Power  to  bring  it  into  outer  activity  will  eventually  cease.  This  is  the  
reason  why  so  many  who  have  done  healing  in  the  outer  world  have  had  the  Power  of  
healing  through  various  activities  for  a  while,  then  the  ability  to  heal  ceases,  and  the  
individual  himself  passes  out  of  the  body.  It  is  because  the  healing  was  done  for  a  
livelihood,  instead  of  for  the  purpose  of  illumining  the  individuals,  through  the  experience  
which  had  made  the  healing  necessary.    
  If  all  who  work  to  heal  human  bodies  could  but  realize  the  Illumination  of  the  
mind,  so  the  individual  stops  the  cause,  is  the  first  step  to  permanent  healing,  they  
would  never  use  any  energy  to  heal  unless  the  mind  could  be  illumined  too!  This  is  more  
important  than  the  individual  can  possibly  realize;  and  the  Ascended  Master  will  never  
use  any  energy  to  heal  unless  through  that  healing,  permanent  Illumination  can  expand.  
  The  colours  of  red  or  black  are  never,  never,  never  used  by  an  Ascended  Master,  
and  that  is  always  one  infallible  means  by  which  the  student  can  determine  what  force  is  
acting.    
  In  visualizing  the  Luminous  Presence  of  Beloved  Jesus  or  any  other  Ascended  
Master,  the  size  of  the  Figure  should  be  visualized  considerably  larger  than  the  body  of

the  patient.  If  the  condition  to  be  perfected  be  a  locality,  city,  or  country,  the  Figure  
should  be  visualized  in  Gigantic  Proportions,  and  always  larger  than  the  locality  
receiving  the  Assistance.  
  The  visualizing  of  the  form  of  any  Ascended  Master  is  a  Transcendent  Activity  of  
the  Light,  for  the  picture  held  in  the  mind  becomes  in  reality  a  cup  or  receptacle  into  
which  the  Ascended  Master,  whose  Likeness  it  is,  pours  His  Rays  of  Light.  Those  Rays  
are  actual  substance,  charged  with  His  Infinite  Energy  and  Ascended  Master  
Consciousness  of  the  perfection  desired.  
  The  visualizing  of  a  Sun  Dazzling  White  Light  within  which  is  the  miniature  
likeness  of  Beloved  Jesus  (or  any  other  Ascended  Master)  in  the  center  –  made  of  still  
more  intense  White  Light,  with  Rays  of  Golden  Light  radiating  out  from  It  –  placed  in  the  
middle  of  the  forehead  between  the  eyes,  is  a  most  powerful  way  of  protecting  the  mind  
or  consciousness  in  the  mental  body  of  the  individual  from  the  suggestions  of  other  
human  beings.  If  visualized  and  felt  many  times  a  day  by  the  Student,  It  will  become  a  
permanent  Activity,  which  guards  that  one’s  mentality  from  intrusion  by  outside  forces.  
The  student  should  become  as  aware  of  this  as  he  is  of  his  hands  and  feet!  
  The  visualizing  of  this  same  Activity  upon  the  forehead  of  everyone  you  look  at  is  
a  most  Transcendent  Blessings  and  Protection  to  that  one,  and  also  qualifies  all  
consciousness  coming  through  it  with  the  Ascended  Master’s  consciousness  and  
Perfection  whose  Likeness  is  with  the  Miniature.  
  You  cannot  overestimate  the  importance  of  consciously  visualizing  this  Activity  
many  times  a  day  on  your  own  forehead  -­‐  and  that  of  everyone  you  meet  or  of  whom  
you  think.  There  can  only  be  one  result  from  this,  one  action  to  all  concerned,  and  that  is  
an  Outpouring  of  the  Ascended  Master’s  Perfection,  Love  and  Light  to  the  one  doing  It  
and  to  all  who  receive  It.  Know  always,  the  Light  contains  only  Perfection,  and  when  
visualized  around  oneself,  another  person,  place,  condition  or  thing,  only  one  effect  can  
possibly  be  the  result,  and  that  is  Peace,  Protection,  Illumination  and  Blessings  to  the  
giver  and  receiver  of  this  Visualizing  Activity.    
  There  never,  never,  never  can  be  any  results  from  this  but  good,  because  It  is  God,  
the  Mighty  “I  AM  Presence”  acting  in  the  Full  Ascended  Master  Consciousness  and  Activity  
of  Light,  Love  and  Perfection.  
  In  using  the  Luminous  Presence  of  an  Ascended  Master  to  protect  a  locality  or  
activity,  visualize  the  Likeness  of  the  Ascended  Master  in  Dazzling  White  within  the  
center  of  a  Blazing  Globe  or  Golden  Sun,  with  a  touch  of  pink  in  it.  From  this  see  
Sparkling  Rays  of  Violet-­‐Bluish  Lightening  flashing  down  from  It,  and  forming  a  Dome-­‐
like  Covering  over  the  locality  or  activity.  Then  command:  
 
  “Beloved  Mighty  I  AM  Presence”!  Take  possession  of  everybody  and  everything  
here!  Sweep  out  everything  human!  Sweep  in  all  Perfection  of  the  Ascended  Masters,  
and  HOLD  your  control  here  forever  in  Ascended  Master  Management,  bringing  all  into  
Divine  Order  through  Divine  Love!”  
 
  In  visualizing  the  Luminous  Presence  of  Beloved  Jesus  or  any  Ascended  Master  
for  Healing,  the  picture  in  Dazzling  White  Light,  with  a  Radiance  of  gold  or  violet  should  
be  held  as  clearly  as  possible.  See  the  patient’s  body  rise  and  disappear  within  It,  
knowing  that  all  conditions  of  mind  and  body  are  illumined,  perfected  and  absorbed  into  
the  Glory,  Love,  Happiness  and  Perfection  of  the  Ascended  Master’s  Light.  Activities  of  
individuals,  groups,  nations  and  the  whole  world  can  be  raised  into  the  Vibratory  Action  
of  the  Ascended  Master’s  Light  by  visualizing  the  Ascended  Master’s  Body  in  the  Light,  
as  described  above  –  and  see  all  disappear  into  Its  Presence.  
  In  creating  and  holding  the  Visualized  Picture  of  an  Ascended  Master  in  Dazzling  
Light,  realize,  understand,  and  feel  deeply,  the  actual  Substance  from  that  Ascended  
Master’s  Body  charged  with  His  or  Her  Ascended  Master  Intelligence,  and  energized  by  
the  Flame  of  Divine  Love  from  the  Heart  of  that  Being’s  own  Body,  actually  is  poured

into  the  mental  picture  and  held  there;  until  the  person  to  be  healed  or  the  condition  to  
be  perfected  has  absorbed  the  Substance,  Energy  and  Intelligence  into  that  person’s  
mind,  body,  or  the  condition  and  it  actually  becomes  the  Ascended  Master’s  Perfection  
in  the  Light.  
  This  Activity  is  so  Wonderful,  so  Marvelous,  so  Transcendent,  it  is  impossible  to  
describe  what  Transcendent  Miracles  and  Accomplishments  can  be  brought  about  
through  It!  As  this  becomes  a  fixed  habit  in  the  Consciousness  of  the  Student,  he  will  find  
he  can  control  all  through  It,  and  this  be  a  constant  Outpouring  of  Perfection  to  all  he  
contacts  in  thought  or  deed.  
  Oh,  that  all  mankind  might  learn  to  do  this  –  see,  feel,  know  and  experience  the  
Marvelous  Perfection  and  Freedom  which  It  always  brings.
