PROTECTION RIGHT according to teachers' points of view at BASIC(OBLIGATORY) EDUCATION-THE SECOND GRADE in both Damascus and Rural Damascus Governorates The research aims at determining the degree of applying both Legal Rights and Protection right at Schools in both governorates Damascus and Rural Damascus, according to teachers' points of view at the BASIC Education-The Second Grade, and recognizing the differences in marks averages of the sample members' answers, according to the following variables (Teacher Gender_ Residence place- Teacher's .experience, Educational and Scientific Qualifications) The researcher chose a sample including 880 teachers "females and males", and applied to them a questionnaire consists of 30 clauses ,divided into two fields are The Legal Rights and The Protection Right. It was proved by applying to a random group of 50 teacher , by using ALFA CRONBAGH, which records 0.963 for the legal rights and .0,977 for the protection right :The research ends to the following results In both governorates Damascus and Rural -1 Damascus, the Protection Right and the Legal Rights .are applied at a medium degree There are no important statistical differences -2 according the following variable(the Residence Place) in favor of the townsfolk , and there are no important statistical differences according to variables such as : ( the Gender- the Experience-the .Educational and Scientific Qualifications) :KEY WORDS LEGAL RIGHTS – PROTECTION RIGHT- TEACHERS .OF THE SECOND GRADE AT THE BASIC EDUCATION
