‘As per the Civil Service Commission’s Memorandum Circular No. 01, s. 2017 entitled
“Reiteration of the Policy on Government Office Hours; and the Administrative
Offenses of Frequent Unauthorized Absences (Habitual Absenteeism); Tardiness
in Reporting for Duty; and Loafing from Duty during Regular Office Hours”, and as
policy of the University with its existing laws and regulations, all concerned personnel
are hereby reminded on the submission of Daily Time Record (DTR) to the concerned
office on or before every 4th day of the succeeding month.
Further, please be advised that the DTR is proof that service has been rendered and
basis for the early processing and release of salary.
Please be guided accordingly.
