● Quality and Safety

Facility environment: the facility will be secured to avoid any conflicts such as
pests and other effects that may cause negative impact to the products that are
stored.

Facility layout and design: the layout and design should offer sufficient, pest-
and weather-protected loading and unloading areas, as well as segregated
processing, packing, and other areas.

Construction in handling and storage areas: adequate drainage, simplicity of


maintenance, regulate temperatures, air circulation, and generator backup

Equipment: machines and containers used to handle or process food should be


built, placed, and maintained in a way that ensures food safety, allows for
effective cleaning, maintenance, and hygienic procedures. Documentation should
be preserved and maintenance and cleaning methods must be documented.

Transport: food and other goods should be transported in vehicles and


containers that are appropriate for the job, kept in excellent condition, clean, and
pest-free. Transport systems must keep adequate conditions, including dryness
and temperature, that are suitable for the products in order to prevent
contamination of food goods from packaging and other products.

● Materials Sources/Suppliers

Alibaba: This will be our first equipment source that is needed for our services
since we are in the introductory stage in the market, this are the equipment’s
needed:

Self Service Kiosk: for ordering process by tapping the selected products.

Cashier Equipment: for transactions that are being purchased by the customers.

Double sided cabinet: for foods that are organised in appropriate order.

Grocery Racks: The purpose of this is that the displays of stocks will be put
here.

Signage: This is where we will put our logo and business name.

Freezer and Coolers: This is for frozen foods, drinks, frozen chickens and
meats.

Xiaomi Flat Screen TV: This serves as your screen, you can see here what
you’ve ordered and it will process there.

LED Product Board: This is where you can see the products and the stocks.

● Food Sources/Suppliers
Universal Robina Corporation: IRC is organised into chocolates, candies, canned
beans, salty snacks, and, noodles, biscuits, ready-to-drink products and coffee.

Unilever: Unilever is organised into three main divisions: Refreshments and Foods,
Personal Care and Beauty Products, and Home Care.

San Miguel Corporation: San Miguel Corporation offers a diverse range of products
that include non-alcoholic beverages, beer, animal feeds, flour, dairy products, fresh
and processed meats, and coffee.

Coca-Cola Corporation: offers a wide range of carbonated and non-carbonated


beverages, including the iconic Coca-Cola original flavor, as well as Sprite, Fanta,
and Dasani water.

PepsiCo: The Purchase hamlet in Harrison, New York is home for the corporate
headquarters of the American food, snack, including drinks business PepsiCo, Inc.
The entire food and beverage sector is a part of PepsiCo's business.
